Hotel Nilai dengan Sarapan

Layanan *************...cuma perlu sllu menitip beratkan akan keselamatan di bilik..seperti kunci pintu tandas perlu dipastikan selamat sebelum bilik di berikan kepada tetamu....kebersihan juga perlu ditingkatkan...agak banyak debu mungkin bilik besar dan tak setiap hari ada tetamu..apapun pihak pengurusan dah memberi kerjasama yang baik..terima kasih kepada semua

One of the worst hotels I've ever been. It is located in the middle of nowhere. You will need to have a car to access the food and amenities 3km away as the surrounding “shops” appeared to be closed for good. The F&B section was closed and looked like a warehouse. The lobby, lift and corridors to rooms were hot, humid and stuffy as the aircon were shut off. The hotel appeared empty as we seem to be the only handful of guests there. The hotel appeared to be managed by only two boys who appeared not to be trained in hospitality. Very thing else appeared to be outsourced, as we had problems with aircon and had to change rooms four times to get one that was working. Apparently, the housekeeper or maintenance guys were not in-house. The bathroom flooded very time I showered. I got beaten by some bugs and had to spray antibug on bed. The bedsheet of one of the beds had a large brown stain right in the middle. How can the housekeeper allow such dirty bedsheet to be use at all? Toiletries and water bottles were not replenished and rooms were not cleaned till we checked out.

We arranged a group booking for our workers to stay here for 2 weeks. They are quite flexible and do consider our last-minute request for additional or reduction of rooms. The hotel Manager & staff are very friendly, helpful and ready to assist us. Overall, the room was good in condition and my workers happy to stay here. I will consider to do booking again for future needs.

Perkhidmatan pelanggan juga baik dengan layanan yang mesra dan sopan santun. Bilik penginapan yang ditawarkan juga besar dan berbaloi dengan harga yang dikenakan.

Saya ke Nilai untuk majlis graduasi kerana jarak yang dekat dengan universiti saya jadi saya memilih hotel ini. hotel yang bagus dengan harga yang berpatutan dan juga lokasi yang sempurna dan mudah untuk kami mencari hotel ini. Daftar masuk lancar dan terima kasih kepada kakitangan mereka walaupun daftar masuk lewat. Kakitangan mereka sangat ramah dan membantu. Bilik ini bersih dan kemudahan diselenggara dengan baik.
