Adam and Mark and his team were truly amazing and came to me and wife's rescue over the new year. We were booked somewhere else which was a dump and we found the B resort where we asked if they could accommodate us on New years eve at short notice. As they were not officially open they were ready to help us out. So the rooms were clean, fresh and done to a high spec. The en suite shower was perfect and the beds so comfy you wanted to sleep all day. The pool was refreshing and sunbeds to relax on. Sadly as they were still working on the resort, we could not get food, but did have the option to buy drinks, which was fine with us. All the staff were helpful and friendly, offering advice on places to see, eat or even to have a drink. The views at night across the water were amazing. This resort is across the bridge from the main centre which is perfect for relaxing with only being a 5 minute walk from everything. This hotel has a great future ahead and the potential is massive once everything is in place, great location, great decor, great facilities and amazing staff. Good luck.

Love this hotel I have been there on the weekend with my friends and the hotel’s location is simply idyllic. Situated just a short distance from Kompot town center, it offers easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The views of the river and the mountains from the hotel is breathtaking.

Un très bon séjour avec ma copine à bamboo bungalow, un lieu parfait pour découvrir Kampot, au calme au bord de la rivière. Notre bungalow en bois était joli, bien équipé, propre, le personnel très sympathique. La terrasse est magnifique. Je recommande totalement.

Great, newly opened hotel in the city center, close to everything. We also booked our transport to Phnom Penh with them and it went smoothly. The rooms are new and clean. Can totally recommend this place!

The hotel has only been open for 6 months, so everything is in better condition than a lot of hotels in the area. What makes the hotel though are the staff! They are constantly smiling and can’t do enough for you. We will definitely miss them all 😘 As well as the complimentary breakfast, we ate at the hotel most nights. The food was some of the best we have had in Cambodia, from the local Amok curry and Lok Lak, to the Steak and Pepper Corn Sauce. The roof top bar is great for evening drinks and watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this hotel ❤️

The hotel looks nice but a little bit dusty, our room also looks nice but it was full of mosquitoes which is super annoying, we had to use mosquitoes spray to totally cover ourselves all the time and be careful with the door to bathroom since bathroom is an open space with only half of the ceiling. But still we got beaten up a lot. The curtains were super dirty covered with dead insects, the AC was not too functional but they put this AC blows right on the bed which made me and and my boyfriend both sick after the tour. And the rooms are not private enough, the description says swimming pool view, but actually the swimming pool just 5 meters in front our room. Overall I like the design of the rooms but there are many details were not satisfying, especially with the price, it could be the most expensive hotel I have tried in Cambodia, but experience was seriously so so.

The hotel is new and modern, but far from the town centre. It has two small pools, neither of which looked particularly appealing, especially the one on the Boutique side. My room (311) was clean and tidy, but the bathroom had some problems. The bath was not installed properly and could have fallen over as it wasn't silicone sealed to the floor (no building safety checks in Cambodia). The bath tap had no hot water, only the shower did. The shower had no door, so the water splashed onto the floor and wall. This caused dampness in the bedroom wall. The room was supposed to be 40m2, but it was definitely smaller, even with the balcony. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a railway line next to it with passenger and freight trains passing by. Across the street, there was a house with chickens and a dog. The roosters started to crow at 4:30am and the dog barked soon after. I could not do anything about them because they belonged to a private Cambodian house. The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast (except for the flies on the food that is sitting out) and the staff. They were all friendly.

Cadre et propreté irréprochable, mais ..... mais ..... 1/ T.V H.S ........ 2/ Beaucoup plus grave, Wi-FI totalement inopérant !!!!!! 3/ sans T.v ni WI-Fi reste l'alternative de la lecture ..... impossible, lampes de chevet H.S !!!!!! 4/ Party plus que bruyante sur la terrasse mitoyenne, impossible de dormir avant00h30 .... 5/ Dimanche matin, faute de personnel, le petit déjeuner INCLUS se résume à une soupe ..... merci mais pas de soupe ..... 6/ Détail mais qui a son importance, le plateau de la table basse du balcon est com plè te ment pourri !!!!! Bref, à éviter, le simple fait de ne pas signaler à l'avance la défaillance du WI-FI est innacceptable car j'avais des documents professionnels à transmettre .... pas de justifications que d'excuses .........

l have stayed in hundreds of hotels and B@B's around the world over the last 35 years(- covid) and this hotel would be in my top 10 places to stay any where in the world!
Small compex ( In high rise you spend all day waiting for elevators!!!) ,with great attention to detail about everything in th hotel! Once again quiet location , so no traffic noise etc.!
The staff where excellent in every thing. If you have a car or motor bike ,then the location isn't as big an issue ,but without that ,you have to use a tuk tuk all the time to go any where.
Would stay again , but would have a motor bike on hand next time!

IIanWhat can I say….. a really great hotel. Very close to bars and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Any request I had was dealt with very professionally. The hotel itself was very modern and very clean. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The rooftop pool any cafe in was an oasis in the city that I thoroughly enjoyed and it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and I will definitely stay again when I return to kampot.

isited Kampot in early 2025 and stayed at Banyan Tree, which provided a truly wonderful experience. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The hotel’s location was ideal—right by the river and just a short drive from the city center, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and easy access to sightseeing. The spacious hotel grounds and serene riverside setting made the environment fresh and enjoyable, creating a peaceful retreat we absolutely loved.

OOurGrandDayOutThis is a lovely hotel in the centre of Kampot on the waterfront. We booked last minute when the original hotel we booked wasn't what we expected. Rikitikitavi has a charm about it, and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were quirky and although ours was quite small, the kids had a two double bed room which was quite large. Location is fantastic and I think what makes this hotel special is the upstairs bar/restaurant area looking down on the riverfront. This area is a great place to hang out for drinks/food/games and we did that as a family. This hotel doesn't have a pool, which we missed, but this upstairs area was really lovely. Staff were welcoming and lovely. I think for a well priced, mid comfort option in the middle of Kampot, this is a really good choice.

We stayed in Kampot as the last leg in a month long journey through Cambodia. This was hands down the best value for money we found! The breakfast is fabulous (didn’t eat again until dinner), the location is excellent and the room was huge and very clean. But our best experience in this hotel was with the staff, particularly Kosal. Kosal’s love for his job is evident in every interaction. Please just ask him for anything you need or want to know- he is so happy to help. We enquired about visiting a local school to donate supplies and Kosal not only recommended such a wonderful school but also took us there personally in his very precious time off and introduced us to his family. We highly recommend!!

I really love the Green environment here.
However, the rooms are a little small. Quiet zone during day time, yet there’s musical sound from neighboring pub at night.
The pool is covered with big trees, I love it 😘

MMatthew Thomas RyanThe facilities here are absolutely amazing for young families. Hot tub, pool, waterslide, waterfall, playground, boating lake. Awesome. Lovely restaurant with great food. The quotes they gave for day trips and travel to other cities were very, very high though. This soured the experience a little.

PPengguna TetamuA fantastic location on the river with a great bar/restaurant, a variety of rooms and friendly staff. There is a choice of 2 pools to enjoy. Cocktails on the deck on the river is a must. A quick 5 minute tuk tuk drive gets you into town. The owner is helpful, chatty and very interesting. Louis and Lady are the cute hotel dogs. A great place for couples of families.

We stayed at Bohemiaz for one night and it was really pleasant. I struggled a little bit with the amount of mosquitoes but I do tend to get bitten more than anyone and react quite badly to it. The room was basic but what do you expect at those prices. The setting is lovely as were the people. Mike, the guy running it, is really welcoming, accommodating and can’t do enough for people. He’s also a really good laugh and makes the atmosphere at the resort.
