Ulasan Sutra Beach Resort, Terengganu

The building and facilities are quite old, and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilets. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the pool offered a beautiful view of the beach.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Had my stay for a getaway. A great place to heal and calm my mind from work. Not to forget the food was great! You can enjoy the great view of the sea from the resort!

During check in everything was fine. Staff tried their best to accommodate us based on our preferences. Forgot their name, 2 women staff worked on 8th sept. since we came for work with many pices of luggage, They even call other staff to send our 4 luggage to our room. Appreciate so much. But during check out, there’s heavy rain in the morning. I call front desk on 9th sept morning roughly 7am to 7.30 am so many times to ask for umbrella. No answer. Then i call restaurant, luckily a staff pick up answer and send a umbrella. My friend and me went to reception to ask for staff helps with our luggage and for extra umbrella. But sadly the front desk staff is not helpful at all and quite rude to us. So we end up taking our many pieces of luggage ourselves in the rain that morning. Quite bad experience.

The resort was very beautiful in general but the rooms seem a bit old… The view from the room is very nice… but we enter the room with cockroaches 🪳 welcome us… The sinks toilets has no cover so it’s a bit scary if there’s anything coming out from there.

Sy kalau bercuti mmg wajib check in sini . Best gila .. sebab 1 blik mesti dapat free breakfast .. klau tmpt lain hmm hrga mahal pstu kena add on breakfast lagi

Nice hotel, near to pier, it is easy to taken ferry to Redang Island in the early morning.

Seaview best.. Makanan pun sedap.. Tapi would suggest if possible baik pulih facilities.. Overall OK

Aged establishment. Cleanliness maintained. Limited breakfast food choices and basic quality. I will try nearby villa and homestays instead as they seem new. Actually i didn’t know that there are still limited chargter to Islands after 3pm so no need a night stay.

The room condition very bad ! The cleanline is very bad . There are a few cockroaches in the room . Also the Pillow is moldy ! ! The overall condition is very bad !

Relaxing place to stay…but the vibe for the room not really comfortable 🫣

Pros- The location is good and the environment of the outside resort is also good.also the beach view is stunning.as well as their breakfast also not bad. Cons - their room situation is very very bad. Need to renovate. So old furniture and everything inside the room.feels like it will break now.Also smelly.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside. So I will say it’s not worth it with the price we paid for one night in this room.  Suggestion- your resort is big also attractive. Please do some renovations so you can attract more guests also can give them a better experience thank you.
