Nice decor hotel at a convenient location. Very clean with bedsheet and quilt like almost brand new .

I wasn't familiar with the Mitsui Garden chain, but this was a fantastic introduction. The hotel is located three bus stops away from the train station, so easy to get to. The design is clean, understated, and typical Japanese. The public bath on the top floor and laundry facilities are welcome amenities while travelling and sightseeing, and the ability to leave your luggage after check-out is a nice option.. But the most impressive feature of the hotel is the breakfast buffet and the option to use the breakfast coupons at two nearby restaurants. There are so many options at the breakfast buffet, both Western and Japanese, with many local options, and all wonderfully prepared. We wanted to try everything, but our limited stomach capacity stopped us. If in Kanazawa, this is the place to stay.

close to Kenrokuen and Kanazawa garden, very good. The quilt is very soft and comfortable, also love the provided coffee!

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

Mitsui Garden, never failed in my expectations for service and cleanliness. Service is all great. Rooms are great. Restaurant service in the hotel is also great. Love the manager of the restaurant, very kind to their guests and will go extra to keep the guest pleasantly happy. Never to miss another Mitsui Garden in Japan.

Overall the hotel is good but it isn’t convenient for people who drive. There isn’t a place for us to unload the luggage and the car park offered with discount is quite a distance.

Hotel is a short bus ride from Kanazawa Station. Very clean and nice rooms. Many restaurants in this area.

I stayed for four nights but staff only gave me three breakfast coupons.!!
