Hotel berhampiran Shijima Station, Kanazawa

残念だった事 1. 雨の日バイクツーリングで伺ったが屋根付きバイク置き場なしでズブヌレ。2. 部屋は奮発してデラックスダブルにしたが窓が開かないうえにすりガラスで外の景色見えず閉鎖的でいやだった。　3、客室数的に仕方ないでしょうがエレベーター1基はストレスあり。　4. 私はタトゥーあるため浴場は遠慮して5階のシャワーにいきましたが個室タイプでなかった。 ホテル自体はきれいで清潔感あってまたスタッフも親切で良かったと思います。 再訪はありですが少々の改善を願いたい。

Lovely, modern and comfortable hotel located in the middle of Kanazawa touristic area and short walk from the station and shops. Accessible to main attractions of Omicho Market (across the street), Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. I'd stayed here in 2018 and was delighted to be back in spite of the restaurant for drinks/ dinner still being closed post Covid. Breakfast well presented with a wonderful panaramic view. Front desk on 16th floor are well organized helpful and polite. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again.

近江町市場からすぐ。 ファミマも近い。全国支援の斜面などでチェックインは時間がかかる。 特に荷物を預けている人の受け取りとチェックインが重なると、並んでいても順番がぐちゃぐちゃになる。 できればチェックイン時間前に荷物を預ける際に、チェックインの書くものや説明することを終わらしてから、外出してもらうだけで、戻ってきた時に鍵と荷物を預かればチェックインがスムーズになる。また、荷物受け渡しのレーンと呼び鈴をつければチェックインアウトと荷物の受け預けが重ならないのでいいと思います。 ホテルは新しく綺麗。 客室は、広め。トイレとシャワールームが分かれているのがいい。 暖房の効きがよくベットの寝心地も熟睡でき問題なし。 コンセントが多く使いやすい。 ベットサイドに室内の電気コントロールがあるがいい。 収納スペースが多いのがよく、 ミネラルウォーターも無料でついている マイナス点は 洗面所のお湯の湯量が少なく使いづらい。 ハンガーラックスペースがシングル利用ならいいが、ダブルだと狭くて使いづらい。 お風呂に行くための外履きが欲しい。 1番辛かったのは、 ワーキングデスクに椅子がないので、仕事でパソコンや書き物をするときに使いずらい。デスクがあるのになぜ椅子がないのか？ 冷蔵庫の冷えが弱い。 タブレットのリモンコン反応が悪く使えない。 大浴場は露天風呂もあり気持ちよく体全体が温まるし、サウナもある 一部ロッカーの鍵が壊れていて、鍵を閉めようとすると鍵が抜ける。2箇所ほど同じ現象のロッカーがあり。開け閉めに苦労した。 朝食は洋食スタイルで、パンに合うものが多い。金沢といえば海鮮だから和食が飽きる人もいるので洋食はいいと思う。内容は良いと思います。課題は連泊だと内容が変わらず飽きること。

Has a public bath that gives free apple cider, that’s 10 points to Gryffindor. Very standard facilities with everything you need on a business trip. The staff didn’t speak very good English but are professional enough that you don’t need to know what they are trying to say.

The hotel definitely feels a bit old and tired, but it's still very clean and comfortable with excellent service. I was upgraded to what was essentially a junior suite due to my status and found the room to be very spacious and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my taste but luckily there was a harder pillow in the closest. The toilet has an automatic bidet which will raise the lid as you get near it and then automatically flush (fancy!). Every morning the staff would also provide newspapers, which I thought was really old school. Location-wise this hotel can't be beat. You're literally right next to Kanazawa Station which gives you easy transportation access and also puts you close to dining options. There are a lot of malls around the station with good restaurants and shops. There's also a large 711 just a few steps away. The only gripe I had about the room was that I found the sink area to be a bit too small and there was little space for me to put my toiletries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable onsen hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the attentive staff who kindly assisted with my luggage. The attention to detail was evident right from the start as I was asked to remove my shoes before stepping onto the pristine premises. As someone who appreciates the therapeutic benefits of onsen bathing, I was delighted to find that this hotel truly excels in providing an exceptional onsen experience. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating soak that left me feeling completely refreshed. Furthermore, the breakfast spread offered an abundance of delicious seafood options, providing a culinary delight that perfectly complemented the tranquil ambiance of the hotel. Overall, my stay at this onsen hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I am already eagerly looking forward to my next visit. It's truly a gem worth returning to time and time again! 🌸

This is a very busy hotel with a high turnover daily check In times is very busy in reception, remember to avoid this time (3-5pm ) when forwarding luggage. Our room was too small for 2 people with luggage, it was only comfortable once we had forwarded bags on to next destination, not how it should be. Only room to get in and out bed one side. However Comfy bed , good aircon , safe , wet room , Wi-Fi etc. Hotel is also next to a building site with constant daytime noise ( although not affecting night sleep). Location is walkable to park and castle, 1000 yen taxi ( 10 mins) to and from station, walkable to market. Breakfast is nice but very busy , often need to wait . Lots of freebies , coffee in lounge throughout the day , happy hours 5-7 in evening with wine and sweet snacks ( crackers but no cheese ) in evening. The downside to this is no evening restaurant in hotel , there are very few local restaurants in area ( all businesses or hotels) , really hard to find somewhere to eat , a conundrum we didn’t really solve other than the basic cafe on the corner full of salarymen or 20 minute walk to small, very Japanese, restaurant area. Staff are very helpful but didn’t really enjoy this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We chose Nikko Kanazawa because of its proximity to the train station. Hotel Nikko is actually Kanazawa’s tallest building, designed by a Japanese-French team. Rooms located on 21st-25th floors have beautiful views. Nikko is connected to the Higashi ( eastern) side of the station by the underground passageway through the Porter building. Our room at the 21st floor was large, clean and modern with a fantastic view over the city towards the Sea of Japan. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to sit in arm chairs and watch the sunset. Service was excellent. We found a good restaurant on the sixth floor of the Forus shopping center adjacent to the train station (on the right if you look at the eastern entrance to the station through the giant Torii gate). The name is Morimorizushi Kanazawa Ekimae-ten (sushi), you can't miss it - there will be people on the benches waiting outside. The line goes fast, just don't forget to take your ticket at the entrance. This hi-tech kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi joint is a fantastic place for excellent sushi at reasonable price. It is only 4-5 min. from Hotel Nikko and on rainy day you can reach it by the underground passage. We liked Hotel Nikko and would stay here again.

This hotel seems like it has lost its glory. The pictures make it seem like a nice view is guaranteed, but the lobby (where the photos are taken from) is on the top floor. Also, the cooling function of the airconditioning is turned off, meaning you must open the window at night - a nightmare given the trains passing by. The entrance is also in a back alley and not that close to the station as it seems. I think there are much better hotels in Kanazawa.

中規中矩的酒店，本來沒訂早，但周邊咖啡店一般都在11點開門，很不方便，沒抱太大希望的早餐質量很高，品種不多，但每一樣都小巧精緻，有一個檔口是涮鍋，色香味俱全，好像晚上的套餐是6600日元，強烈推薦給所有住店的遊客，enjoy.
