Frequent power cut and room not much i expected, initially they say we didn’t get payment from make my trip then after 20 minutes they said that yes we received payment, we were waiting for this confirmation.

No towel, ac not working, ac remote cell discharged, dirty bed sheet:once i asked to change they said that this is fresh one, no water kettle, no hanger to hang the cloths.

First of all not value for money. Basic amenities also not given (dental kit, water glass)every time we have to ask. Ac water is leakage after informed also no response second day also same issue

The hotel is basic. Rooms are spacious and quiet. However it is overpriced for what it offers, the shower had a weird smell, very frequent power outages.

This place is near srm university. The hotel at reasonable price is ideal for stay specially for couples and guardian and parents of students who are studying in srm college/university.

The bathroom was bad. No proper breakfast. They just have only one item and no buffet like other hotels. Totally bad experience.

Overall experience was good. However, washroom had a typical foul smell. Ac repair service was quite slow, around 7-8 hours. Only a single water bottle was given daily to one family. Apart from this, it was all ok. Staff was cooperative.

I had booked this hotel as i did not get rooms at s rm hotel. This hotel is making the most because of its proximity to s rm institute of science and technology, kt r campus (about 3 kms away) but there is almost no service. None ever picked phone at reception. Ac installed in the room doesn't provide adequate cooling and one has to rely on fan. There are bunches of human hair flying across the room with no cleaning. Wash basin is cracked. We are checking out today however if we had a choice we would have checked out yesterday itself. The hotel lacks adequate staff and there wass virtually no service during entire stay. Food is ok.
