Ulasan Hotel Suisse

Hotel Suisse carries a colonial charm that takes you back in time. The food is good, offering a fair range of choices. However, the dining experience was slightly marred by some worn napkins. The air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, but it didn't keep us from having a comfortable stay. I might look into other hotels in the area next time to experience something different.

This was the fourth time I stayed at Hotel Suisse. Great place. Good hospitality. It was a pleasant stay. The two you receptionist need to get more experience. They did not find any records of my trip.com booking. I had to find my records and provide those to them.

可能是尋找訂單時間過長，給了我們一個套房，大卧室+衞生間+客廳。400來塊含雙人早餐+晚餐，child free 實在是太友好了。 衹能説酒店年頭很久遠，的確設施有點跟不上，但整體來説性價比很不錯。

房間很大，設施舊一點，但是很寬綽，電梯估計酒店自己按的，看不出品牌，佛牙寺在kandy湖對面，步行15-20分鐘可到，攜程評分3.5有點低，大體還是不錯的，歐洲人多，餐飲歐系/印度咖喱系

設施很舊，很多設計不友好，洗浴設備很一般，早餐比較豐富

I've been to this beautiful place on my holiday to sri Lanka and I wasn't happy from the beginning I entered to hotel but next day morning I been for my breakfast and got amazed and specialy suji (I think f&b manager ) he was amazing and his team was out of 100% for sure as I'm a hotelier wanna tell you one thing suji and his team was outstanding,,,,

Very Friendly receptionist Mr. Dan & Mr. Emil as we arrived very late at night. We found him very responsible & co operative as well as courtes. They also helped us to provide a good room as per our choice. Believe he is an asset to Hotel Suisse. All the very best to him and his entire team. :)

Location was really convenient for visitors, every thing is close by.enjoyed the stay.price was reasonable and service really good

Nice Hotel friend staff we very much enjoyed our stay reception was very professional and amazing food was very tasty we recommend this hotel for all of you to come and get this amazing experience rooms was very comfortable and the location is very convenient

Probably due to lack of staff - we were there 4:45 pm and waited more than an hour for the room to get ready. It was quite disappointing that it took them so long to clean up the room and get things ready, considering we booked online and they knew when to expect us. Location was ok and walking distance to some of the shops.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The hotel has been part of my childhood memories as we used to visit regularly as children and now whilst I was on holiday in Sri Lanka with my children we stayed here and the place hasn’t lost its charm. It’s very unique and has retained its historical charm, the facilities were amazing and very clean, the kids enjoyed the pool the food was great and we also liked the special cocktails. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Will definitely visit again.

Good place in Kandy rooms are comfortable staff is welcoming the place is charming and peacefull I recommend it The restaurant is good reception staff is very professional cleaning and well organised properly arranged food was fantastic

Management was very poor. Had to wait for over an hour to check in. Also the room service and hotel maintenance was very poor. However the location of the hotel is good.

The suisse hotel is well located opposite the lake and close to the city center, while the property is old the toilets need revonation and upkeep.
