Ulasan Queen's Hotel Kandy - 160 Years of Heritage & Luxury

Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Great food and a relaxing atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

It's a very beautiful historical place.

Unbelievable! Rooms are so bad, never experience such a dirty room, insects, smell and very tiny bath room that really it should not be a hotel room.

Very pretty. Location perfect. Service good. The staff was extra helpful.

Old but gold

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is directly across the street from the Sacred Tooth Temple. In front of it is a beautiful lake. It's great for a walk. The hotel itself is very cool because of the antique charm. I have never seen anything like it. It is a unique experience if you're looking for obe.

Great location, but old and outdated facility. Small bathroom. Noisy from morning prayers call and air conditioning noise. Restaurant and breakfast are not recommended

The hotel is over a hundred years old, since 1844. I felt as though I went through a time portal when I stepped into the dining area. Part of the hotel’s appeal is the history of the hotel. Don’t expect a modern hotel but rather embrace the well-detailed history on display throughout the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown area.

The room is a bit old, but otherwise it's fine. The location is excellent.

The location is excellent. The Temple of the Tooth Relic is right in front of the hotel, and the market and shopping mall are within walking distance. The rooms are old but clean and spacious, and the shower, drainage, and hot water are all fine! As a historic hotel, it's picturesque no matter where you look. The only disappointment is that the food wasn't to my taste. We ordered a breakfast buffet, but the selection was limited and the taste was not that great. But if I go to Kandy again, I'd definitely stay here again.

The location was good and the staff were kind. We had hot water and were able to take a bath. The air conditioner was not very new and there was some condensation, but for the time being there was no damage. The atmosphere was very formal and nice.
