We had an exceptional experience at this hotel, largely due to the incredibly responsive and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, they were attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. One incident that truly stood out was when we lost our ID. The staff immediately jumped into action, helping us search and even keeping us updated throughout the process. We were so appreciative when they successfully found it for us—it made our trip stress-free and memorable! We can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guests.

這家酒店是本次川西旅遊選酒店時最沒抱有希望卻是最遠超預期的。一路下來領略了樸實無華的鄉村民宿和新都橋的網紅設計酒店給我的感受有一個共通點就是“吵”，（空調吵，水管吵，人吵）得不到好的休息。 而在入住這家時，民宿小姐姐介紹了電暖器供暖（無噪音）、為我們打開了加濕器，馬桶也是有加熱的，並且提供了一次性浴巾毛巾，中途還準備了熱茶給我們 可以看出民宿在用心的經營，相比之前的網紅設計酒店，提供的很多設備都是擺設而已。 同時有個細節：比較晚的時候，小姐姐會提醒公共區域的客人不要吵到別人，這一點好感動，這一路在住宿上踩的雷都被治癒了！ 最後也感謝從入住到離店全程幫拎行李的大哥！ 溜溜城作為最後一站，旅途疲憊，但在這得到了很好的休息與關照！推薦給大家！

One of our friends experienced altitude sickness during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were so helpful, checking on us the following day to ensure we were okay. 新都橋的寶藏酒店-帕瑞南卡酒店 2024年8月才開業的新酒店，竟然被我幸運的遇見了。這裏的每一處都踩到了我的點，酒店的外觀設計、軟裝、房間、咖啡、調酒、小物件…..照片都裝不下啦~很久很久沒有一家酒店給到我這樣的驚喜了! 就連酒吧放的歌曲幾乎每一首都是我喜歡的，太有品味了！還有大大誇一下這裏的服務，熱情得恰到好處，讓人很舒服，真的有種賓至如歸的感覺。來之前還很擔心新酒店會有味道，然而一丁點異味都沒有，這個細節真的處理的很好！ 最後，一定要喝他家的咖啡，太好喝了！為了咖啡、為了音樂、為了服務、為了這裏的一切，下次來我還住這裏。 給店家小小的建議，關於入住後的體驗，在細節上可以改善一下： 1、牙刷牙膏的供應商可以換了，牙刷的品質太差了，和酒店的檔次很不匹配，牙刷用起有種小旅館招待所的感覺。 2、淋浴房的水要浸到外面，即便墊了地墊還是一樣，看看可否解決一下這個問題。 3、洗面台那裡水開大一點點就要濺到外面，而且杯子不小心放在那裡很容易碰到地上，可否做個擋板。
