very attentive staff, gorgeous location, top experience. From the very beginning of our stay, the hospitality of the hotel staff and their efforts to make us satisfied were unbelievable. We loved the fact that the chefs offered to cook off-menu meals for our 4 year old daughter and occasionally provided these privileges for us. Our daughter had a lot of fun in the Kids Club, we would like to thank the staff there. I was very happy that the fitness centre was open 7-24 and the staff worked me with special programmes for my goals. Our room was very tastefully furnished and comfortable. It was great to have the pool on our terrace cleaned regularly and to be greeted with some sweets next to the coffee machine every evening when we returned to our room. The bathrooms and toilet hygiene were excellent. We were both refreshed and happy with the refreshing cocktails sent from the bar next to the pool. The head of the maintenance team was personally involved in minor problems in the room. In order for your facility to reach perfection, if there are problems that did not upset us but you would like to hear: the scale in the fitness centre giving quite different results from one day to the next, our problem with using the mobile key with the Marriott app could not be solved, and although we had agreed on 13:00 for check-out, the staff arrived ten minutes early and then transferred the suitcases but we had to walk. 提前將航班訊息提供給酒店，從接機開始一切都被安排的很好，酒店在水飛機場有專門的等候酒廊，有餅乾和軟飲，回程如果是很晚的飛機需要等待很久，在酒廊休息一下還是很必要的。房間和介紹的差不多，控制屋內各種設施的Pad有點舊拿在手上有點臟的感覺，還有過毛巾是破了邊兒的…我訂的半包餐食，五個餐廳裏衹有鐵板燒日式餐廳需要額外付費，其餘四家餐廳口味都不錯，而且分量都很足我們一家三口都會剩一點。對中國人來説可能就是海島上蔬菜比較少，其他的還好總是能找到合口味的餐食。半包是不含酒水的，這裏的“酒水”也包括普通的水，房間裏和酒店各個地方都免費飲用的瓶裝水，在餐廳用餐時是要付費的，6美元一瓶不含税和服務費。各項活動差不多要200美元左右一個人，還要最少四個人，最後一天小朋友還想浮潛，但是湊不夠四個人就約了一個在酒店碼頭下水不用坐船的private snorkeling，一小時費用320美元含税。在島上6天一直是大風掛紅旗不能出海，其中三天陰天斷斷續續下雨，大部分時間在酒店俱樂部裏消磨時間，桌球 乒乓球 網球 足球桌 小朋友還可以約一對一的畫畫，一次50美元需要付現金。兩次浮潛都在酒店附近水面，有人是自己浮潛的，不用酒店的安全員帶領。我家之前沒浮潛過，再加上風大看着海水浪大比較擔心，所以都請了安全員帶領。以後再去馬代還是要在它的旺季，不能出海活動還是有很多遺憾，雖然水屋下面經常有魚遊過。酒店的服務員都很熱情，可能也是期待能有點小費吧，習慣不一樣可以理解，6天5晚一共給出去50多美元的小費，出去還是要多帶點1塊錢的零錢。
