The room allotted was not good, the room. No. 217 has access to the drain pipes where the passage of water through the pipe is heard always. The toilet seat was not cleaned properly. The room's small window cannot be locked. Plates will not be provided, food should be ordered in the hotel. When ordered for tea, they said that after 7. 30 am it will be available.

My wife and I had stayed at MR for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience then. Food was excellent, staff service excellent, room ambience good and location just ideal for guests like us who had several visits and chores to attend to in and out of Kannur. Wish you all the best.

Ac in the room first allocated was not working, water leakage was there from ac. Then they gave us another room. Second room was very congested small and no balcony.

Very convenient and good location. The hotel staff was behaving nicely, especially the front office manager who was there at the time of the check-in 5th morning 11am.
