The service is so bad here. The manager is very rude and makes personal remarks on customer. They charge extra money when you are checking out without giving you the reason and starts abusing and threatening with calling police when you deny giving them the extra bucks. The manager is related to some political party so he even threatens you with the name of political party. I recently booked a couple of rooms there for a few days for a wedding function for family and while checking out he wouldn't let us check out. He made inappropriate character suggestions on females ( us). I asked them to give me the camera footage of his harassing us and abusing us but they wouldn't give me that. The manager ran away when I asked for the proof of his harassing and didn't even apologise for his behaviour. They didn't let us leave until the extra payment was done (the reason for the additional charge wasn't specified) The servicing is also really bad, they ask you to pay before delivering the meals to your room and the AC kept on leaking and breaking down. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay at the hotel especially for females it's not safe to be in a hotel with a manager with that kind of mentality. If I could I would have given negative stars for the same.
