We had a great time! Damir, the host, is so friendly and gave us many helpful informations. The rooms are cozy and clean. We met several very nice other guests. There is a small kitchen where you can brew yourself a cup of tea. Bathrooms are clean. The hostel is however located at a very busy place with a lot of traffic which you hear from most of the rooms. But the view onto the pigeon square is fascinating. We can warmly recommend this place! Thank you, Damir, for the wonderful time at your hostel!

The hotel looks ok on the surface, but there are actually many issues. Firstly, I stayed there for 4 nights, one door of the shower was missing, yet no one did anything to try to fix it, so every time when I shower, the water splashes everywhere. Secondly, the curtains are not ”blackout”, so for someone very sensitive to light like me struggle to sleep here. ”Blackout curtains”aren't that expensive, it is expected in any modern hotel nowadays. Thirdly, I didn't have any problems with the taxis in Sarajevo previously, but the one called by the hotel tried to scam me by not using meter, I wonder how much commission the front desk girl is making from coordinating with these scammers to trick guests staying at this hotel. Further, the breakfast is very simple, the only hot food was fried egg, I would expect any reputable hotel will also be at least serving sausages and beacons or smoke salmon, perhaps that's cost cutting measures.

4-star hotel in Sarajevo. It is located in the middle of the city between the old town and the mall area in Sarajevo, close to the city's most amazing attractions. Good reception and fast delivery and receipt of rooms. Spacious clean rooms well furnished and decorated. Very comfortable big bed. A clean, spacious bathroom, complete with everything a tourist needs. Some rooms The toilet space in the bathroom is placed on a narrow side, which is uncomfortable to use. The isolation between the rooms is not good so that you can hear everything that is going on in the other rooms, especially the rooms that have a door that connects some rooms. The hotel breakfast is poor, not good, not commensurate with the name of the hotel and the value paid. The amount paid is not equal to the luxury and services provided.
