I am Very disappointed client, I checked in yesterday with my family, and what I saw on their page was so attractive, but upon reaching the hotel, the staffs are not interested in serving you, rooms has no drinking water, not telephone, no mosquito net, no tv and other basic requirements needed in a hotel room, breakfast has only 3 variety to take, not tasty, something which I think was not matching with their charges. Imagine being told to pay an extra money for the kids activities and yet i booked for the hotel, slept there, then you can't access the activities for the kids, unless you pay 2500 per head. How now?? I found it so manipulative to the customers and for me, its a NO. The only thing which was a bit impressive, the rooms are clean.
