I love it, so fresh

We had an amazing stay at Nataya Round House this week. It's quiet, right on the water, and the service is so wonderful. Many thanks to Min Pai, who made our stay so nice. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. He even found out it was our wedding anniversary and arranged a romantic dinner on the waterfront for us. He is a great manager, and his staff is well trained. The facilities are well maintained and clean, including the cute bungalows, which afforded privacy and comfort. It's a great place to escape for a few days. Just a couple of notes to make everything clear. First, there is no beach with ocean swimming at this hotel. There is a sandy area and a fabulous swimming pool, but you cannot go in the ocean. The salt water pool is currently closed. Secondly, Nataya is about 40 minutes by tuk-tuk out of Kompot, so it's kind of secluded. That was great, as we were looking for a little retreat to relax. But it means the only meal choice is the restaurant, which we found to be quite yummy and reasonably priced. This is a fantastic place for families to play together or couples/singles to find a retreat. If I lived in Cambodia, it would be my "go to" place for a long weekend.

Great environment and service. The manager is amiable and friendly. Good for Couples, family, with a big group. It's also lovely for solo. We enjoyed the Crab pepper, Cheese oysters, and big fish. Evening sunset is the greatest time for kayaking.

We stayed here 4 days in low season and it was fantastic. Especially because we got the chance to stay in the nicest house on the park. Such a nice view at the sea and sunset. The hospitality was really terrific...super friendly and caring. We loved this place so much.

The resort is very beautiful surrounded with natural beauty. The sun set view from sea beach connected with the resort was amazing. Have free Wi-Fi in entire resorts. Room was very spacious, neat and comfortable. Food was excellent. Have water sports like Kayaking, Snorkelling etc.Excellent hospitality.

Thanks, Nataya. My second visit and had a very relaxing stay there. Clean and quiet as before. Compared to our first visit, landscaping looks more pleasing as I always prefer a more organic look. Food was great, both quality and portion. We ordered pizza (again) and really loved the taste. Both the manager and staff team are quite friendly. They helped us with a guide/driver for Bukor park visit. Our vacation was very well spent. Just my two cents; if the hotel could provide more fun activities such as jet skiing or para-sailing, more visitors could be attracted.

Excellent heart-warming service from friendly and professional staffs giving everything out for the best to their customers. Since I'm a Bokor Fan who's visiting at least once a month since near-end of 2020, Nataya is my all the time Lunch place and weekend staycation place. I had to go around exploring Kampot and Kep to have a decent and fair-priced dining & staycation experience before I found Nataya in mid of 2021. Boutique style nice and clean rooms inside lovely Round House Banglow, perfect sunset view infinity pool, scenic views from the long pier into the sea with rest places - Nataya is just what I need to have a weekend getaway from my week-long city & work stress.

It feels like the Owner and management have given up. A Post-Covid disaster once was very nice. An aging place that. Barely doing the minimum to sustain guests. It is still pleasant enough, but not trying.

Nataya Roundhouse Coral Bay Resort is about 15 kilometers from the city of Kampot. Renting a moto or two is a good idea to get back and forth. The main highway is good but the road connecting the resort to the highway is very full of holes and it is quite broken up. The grounds are spacious. It feels remote. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular if it is not cloudy. They have a long jetty out into the Gulf of Thailand which is a wonderful place to sit and contemplate. The rooms are unique, clean and the room service is amazing. The menu is extensive for Khmer food and more limited for Western food. It is great if you want to experiment and get to know the local cuisine because it is well-done and delicious. The staff are helpful if you need help in figuring out how to eat something. Portions are never individual. All dishes are made to share with one or two more people and it is worth keeping this in mind when ordering. The beds each have a beautiful mosquito netting. The nights are quiet. They do not have facecloths so bring your own. The pool is expansive and very clean. They have bicycles and kayaks that also can be used at no charge but we did not try them. The grounds are walled and secure at night. They even grow many of the vegetables and herbs that are used in their cuisine on site. The bathtubs are not really worth using because the hot water runs out before the tub is full. The outdoor showers are private and it is fun to look up at the sky. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Fantastic autentic Cambodian resort! Not new, but I rather felt like comming to a real Cambodian oasis. I have stayed 3 times last 3 months. The people are very friendly, service is very good! The food is outstanding. It is a quiet and romantic place at the sea with a marvellous infinity pool. I hope to visite again!

We stayed three nights and will definitely return again! Our room was clean and lovely, the grounds are well maintained, we loved the infinity pool by the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious. We loved staying here!
