Best value! Clean room, nice location and helpful team that can well accommodate your stay. On the 2nd floor all guests will be able to enjoy coffee, ice cream and snacks in a quite spacious lounge. They also serve breakfast here with limited options, but we feel satisfied. Overall, we would like to recommend this hotel to all travelers coming to Kaohsiung.

Good Service with good breakfast. You can clean your clothes and dry it immediately for just TWD100. About 10-15 minutes walk to Shihjia MRT station. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

4-ppl family room only provides 2 door-key-cards. Talked to the manager so each of us could have door-key-card. The answer: it is a 2-door-key-card policy for all room types & advised to drop the door-key-card at the receptionist when family members in-out the hotel. Wow 4-ppl room contributes higher revenue than 2-ppl room to the hotel but receive LESS convenience, instead also put the responsibility to customers using the receptionist so to shuffle the door-key-cards among us?! The hotel replied my Google Map review comment saying 2-door-key policy is to protect customer safety. We provided all names in booking and the hotel copied my passport at the check in. Having these personal information isn't SAFE enough to the hotel? This is not a friendly service policy to bigger group of customers.

Please disregard my previous review as it was mistakenly posted for the wrong hotel. Kindly refer to the updated review below: The hotel is located about 800m from Shijiya Station, which makes it inconvenient to walk with roller luggage. Taking an Uber or taxi is recommended. The room is spacious and luxurious, offering good value for the area. However, cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some dust and hair. Special thanks to the receptionist for the clear information and smooth check-in process. Overall rating: 8.0/10.
