The room is spacious and worth the money the most ever I have been to Kaohsiugh. Their breakfast also fresh and yummy with variety of foods

Please disregard my previous review as it was mistakenly posted for the wrong hotel. Kindly refer to the updated review below: The hotel is located about 800m from Shijiya Station, which makes it inconvenient to walk with roller luggage. Taking an Uber or taxi is recommended. The room is spacious and luxurious, offering good value for the area. However, cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some dust and hair. Special thanks to the receptionist for the clear information and smooth check-in process. Overall rating: 8.0/10.

Facilities are useful.  Breakfast and snack bar are good.  Coffee is excellent.

This is our second time staying, however, this time the room was not as clean as last time. The staff had to come and re-clean the room. Staff were friendly, breakfast was also good.

love it！despite its not a very convenient to find food in this area . The room is comfy , The bedding is very comfortable too. Clean and quiet spaces

This is actually at most 2 star motel type of hotel. Although they are trying to promote itself by offering breakfast and some hotel goods, the quality of the stay is just 2 star….The pics posted online are misleading. Wear and tear is everywhere especially in the hallway carpet and bathroom. They renovated the room but the bathroom is still out of date. Plus, you can tell they use cheap materials to decor the room with cheap detergent smell stay in the bedding all day long that you could not fall asleep. Breakfast selection is limited…. Overall speaking, with more than $100 dollars per night, I feel it is fraud…do not understand how these good ratings get from. I guess I would be more careful about the rating posted in trip.com.

Had everything I needed for a short stay in Kaohsiung. The hotel was very clean and my room, as well as the breakfast hall had a great view. The location is not too central, however you can reach the metro within a 10 minute walk. Overall for the price it’s a really good accommodation, I’d come again in the future!

The place is ok. The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either. They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing. As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same. Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it. Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too. The place feels comfortable and private. Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water. Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

Breakfast is really good room is comfy, will back again in the future.
