The staff are nice except the lady with the glasses in the front desk. She's unfriendly and NOT helpful. I can't read her name though because it's a Chinese character.

What I love about Delton Hotel is its location as it is just right across Kaohsiung Station. We just crossed the street from Kaohsiung Station and we are right in front of the hotel. Very easy to locate, clean hotel as they sanitize the premises every now and then. They also have coffee and tea 24-7 at the lower lobby. We enjoyed our stay here as we felt safe and relaxed. The hotel is quiet, the room we got is big with large beds and a clean bath. They also have breakfast offerings so it feels so convenient. Thank you very much Delton Hotel and also to the friendly and warm staff.

The family room is spacious but have a little problem with the toilet at night. But the receptionist change me to another room immediately. Super customer service! Breakfast is the same daily, it will be nice to have noodles or fried rice. Porridge was good though. Thanks for the 24 hour free flow of coffee, tea & snack.

Avoid! Don’t stay here. The staff are lovely, but this place is a complete dive. Our room stank of mold and mildew and there was dirt and staining all over the walls. The room felt damp. The door didn’t open properly because the floor was damaged and broken due to a previous leak. We asked to change rooms and the 2nd room was worse than the first. Breakfast was poor and quite limited. It was an uncomfortable stay, we really didn’t enjoy it. For a 3-star hotel, this was a terrible hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
