Ulasan Hotel Cozzi Zhongshan Kaohsiung

The hotel is located at the city centre surrounded by department stores, shops, convenience stores and shops. Very close to the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Would be much better if external wall cleaning can be arranged more frequently so can enjoy better view at the room. Would love to highlight the movie channel with quite a number of movies offered by the hotel is nice.

Housing keeping need to ask for services . Poor lift arrangement from Ground floor to front desk; room and car park

The rooms are good just that the gym is terrible … machine is spoilt and not maintained and also no windows

A good location near to Sky85 n Pier2, etc. The entrance carpark sensor needs one to b in a 'right' orientation to enter n then the hotel can provide one with free carpark. So, driver should try a few times if the sensor didn't read it right the 1st time. The breakfast spread is very decent.

This hotel is not willing to go the extra mile for the guests. When we dialed for front desk, phone was ringing for a long time with no response. We tried like 5 times, still no response. We had to go in person to the lobby to seek help. We were traveling in a grp of 3 and when we ask for extra hangers, the house keeping only brought half qty of what we requested. We asked for extra key card, but check-in desk refused initially.

Price difference between twin and double rooms with windows is quite ridiculous. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the shopping district MTR station. Missed breakfast unfortunately so can’t comment on its value or quality. 11am checkout too… seems quite common here in Taiwan, where everywhere else is 12pm.

Lobby is at level 30of building Very spacious hotel ! Everything was modern and clean. Was lucky to get a room with an awesome view! Check in and out were a breeze . breakfast was very simple international fair, don’t expect too much. Laundry room is closed from 2230-0700hrs

Excellent location, 1 min to the MRT station And most big department store all around.

Good location friendly staff. Clean. But their Netflix was down the whole time I was there for a week and they can’t fix it. And no amenities - for their green initiative. Should make it known in listing else quite inconvenient…

1 night stay at this hotel. Cozzi hotel is a Good hotel in a good location. (With window room)

Excellent location. Breakfast is also very good.

The hotel was great, the experience with Trip.com was AWFUL! The invoice they sent required us to go through a website with only mandarin. In the end do not manage to get the invoice. Forget about it. Remind me not to book through Trip.com EVER AGAIN!!
