Ulasan H2O Hotel

We visit here during CNY Holidays. This is a very nice hotel and customer services are really great! The breakfast is amazing and worth for money ~ Will consider to stay again if we visit next time!

Friendly and professional staffs. Comfortable room and good service.

Overall, very well and just one night for me. So i do not get to see the gym and too cold for the pool. No time for me to have 2 drinks even it is free. Very comfy bed and the shower is great.

The room is big, clean, and new, also those staffs are friendly and nice. Especially recommend that the breakfast is super good. We will be back again for sure.

Breakfast was excellent. Both buffet and to order food with vegetarian option. Rooms were absolutely clean. Staff very helpful. Location super. Near night market, mall, 711 stores carrefour and mrt. Best hotel.

Good location, easily walkable to Kaohsiung Arena and the adjacent mall. Neighborhood is cute with lots of small cafes and bars within a couple of blocks. Room and staff were excellent!

H2O hotel is excellent. Their staff are very polite and friendly, facilities are new and bed is comfortable. Location is good, very close to the Hansen Arena and RuiFeng night market.

Stayed at H20 Hotel in May 2023. Truly nothing but praises for this hotel - the service was impeccable (a car AND butler service was sent to pick us up from the High speed rail station) and all the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower area was also separate so no flooding issues. Location was also perfect - it was walking distance to the Ruifeng Night Market which has a plethora of street food options. We ate there for three consecutive nights. There's also a sanrio themed convenience store right across from the hotel which made for easy late night snack purchases. Highly recommended

I don’t think I will stay here next time. Picture and actual is totally different.

The hotel is not located in the city centre. It took about 30-40 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. There are some restaurants around and it is close to Hanshin Arena and night market. We took a early flight at 7.50am next day. The receptionist is very helpful not only arranging packed breakfast for four of us at 4.40am plus helping us to book a bigger taxi to the airport. We shall stay at this hotelIf we visited Kaohsiung next time.
