The rooms were not good enough, bad smell seems like not opened long time or never got ventilated. Checking in take ages to get in, that need lot of fixation, look like they do adhoc arrangements, and having no visibility on inventory in system. Rest food experience was really good

Cant fault this place. 1st time staying here. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were amazing. From the doorman to the reception, the housekeeping to management. All were very polite and sterling. Hotel was opposite a shopping centre and a stones throw from Zainab Market. Great location for shopping. I would love to visit again.

Breakfast is good but service is not up to the standard hence only 4 stars rating. Also the frontdesk guy who work at night shift is very rude. But Jeremiah and duty manager recrify the problem. Danish from car rental also good guy but car rental charges is ridiculously high. Better take own transport or uber. Room is nice just some staff are not good with services. Maybe need more training especially the fat guy in front desk. Crazily rude As he thought Im Pakistani due to my features. But yet they shouldnot judge people by Face, or nationality which he did.

hi, my first stay it was very exciting.first of all really appreciate for housekeeping service it was amezing bed making and washroom cleaning very neat and clean.restuarant food very delicious.front office manager umair and receptionist najma very helpful.restuarant staff very friendly attitude we like it.and i'm sorry to say my family did'nt like executive floor supervisor attitude. thanks once again pc staff we will come back as soon.

Need to improve all facilities and service sense

Il peggior hotel in cui sono stata in tutto il Pakistan. Appena sono arrivata ho solo lasciato i bagagli per poter uscire subito. Ma al rientro mi sono accorta che la stanza era terribile. Sporca ovunque, polvere e muffa; apro il letto e le lenzuola erano piene di capelli lunghi neri , idem sul pavimento. In bagno le saponette erano visibilmente usate da altri ma rimesse nelle scatoline come se fossero nuove. Asciugamani maleodoranti e tracce di feci nel WC. Era tardi e non sono riuscita a trovare un altro posto , dormito sulla sedia e l'indomani sono andata via. Mi hanno rimborsato solo le due notti non usufruite nonostante io volessi anche i soldi della sera stessa per lo schifo che ho trovato
