Ulasan Pearl Inn Hotel

Rooms were so dirty and stinky. Pillows had stain marks. There was intolerable smell of spray coming through out the stay. Couldn’t sleep properly due to the noise. Rates were high compared to other same category Hotels. Breakfast was so so.

My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable, with every aspect exceeding my expectations. The luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and stunning views all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Staff are lovely, hotel is in good location with Atrium mall around the corner. Rickshaws available and many close by amenities. However felt cheated by the prices as we were over charged compared to online price. We could not book online due to requiring over 12 rooms. However we were assured we would pay the online price, not true. Advise that all guests book via online as you will be charged more and also pay tax on top so price works out more if you pay direct. Plus no invoice or explanation of charges which was frustrating. Won’t be booking again. Thank you

Overpriced hotel with worst services they are least bothered about complaints and problems, staff is friendly but helpless in almost every problem putting blame on owners everytime. Adjoining areas and outside hotel is extremely crowded and dirty with smell coming in rooms

A modern hotel in the heart of Karachi. Spacious and clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. A very good value for money. I would absolutely stay there again.

I didn’t like this hotel when I booked this hotel ******* said this hotel is 4 star. I think this hotel is no more than two star

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant at first booking at this Hotel , however my stay was like staying home with all the comforts. The staff from room service, front desk, room service upto to the security guard (Gul) would greet, assist everybody and most important are frindly. The Room and the hotel is very clean. You may meet the Hotel owner also who is friendly and respectful. I recommend booking your stay at Hotel Pearl then Avari as this is very convenient to shopping and night eating at saddar.
