That thermal spa is best

It’s a nice hotel, staff are very friendly. They can gave us a lot of help as I need. I will introduce my friend who wants to travel here coming to this place.

location is fine not too far from attractions. Clealiness is not so good since it looks old the check in time is super slow. too many customers but the counter has only 1 person not clean restaurant room very old

Great pool! And the dinner and breakfast buffets included were a nice touch but The thermal bath and sauna have seen better days. The hotel room are old as well. First night our air conditioning didn’t work and it was 40c outside. I complained but they did nothing. Second night they finally moved us to a room where AC worked. Overall not a bad experience but don’t expect luxury.

What was good about this hotel was that it had an open-air bath, indoor bath, sauna, and pool. And everything was kept clean. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, so it could be enjoyed by a variety of foreigners. However, I would be happy if they could improve the quality a little more. All drinks except for cups of water are charged for, and I would like them to at least provide chai for free. The staff other than those at the pool bar were not very friendly and seemed poorly trained. The bed sheets in the room were wrinkled, which was uncomfortable.

To the Pamukale resort, 7 minutes by taxi. A bazaar with cafes and shops is a 15-minute walk. The hotel offered us upgrade rooms at no extra charge👍 thank you! The rooms are not new, but the main thing is that the hotel is located on the edge of the village, and you have magnificent views of the valley with its sunsets. The hotel is all green and birds are constantly singing. We stayed for 2 nights, there is nothing else to do there, unless of course you are a fan of relaxing by the pool in the mountains.

Location: The location was good and convenient for going to Pamukkale hot springs and hot air balloon rides. Room: Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean. It's nice to have various fruits placed in the room. Facilities: The swimming pool is large and the surrounding gardens are great for walking, and you can even see Pamukkale. But there is no elevator Breakfast: Mediterranean style, so salads, cheese, olives, fruit, and dessert are included. There was nothing for breakfast and the coffee was Middle Eastern, which doesn't suit Korean tastes. However, the breakfast view and facilities were spacious and good. Peaches are delicious!!

It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.

The air conditioner is old and sounds like a tractor. Don't even think about going to bed before 12 o'clock in the evening. The music by the pool is so loud that it gives you a headache. The view was okay, the room was small and the room was not cleaned well.
