The room overall was average and could have been better. Dust could have been cleaned well. It was a non ac room with one window located on the third floor next to the hotels laundry area. Privacy wise we dint have much trouble. Heater facility is not available. Only one charging port so if you are three people sharing the room then you have to take turns to charge. Breakfast was complimentary but will not be provided before 8. 30am for which you can order only after 7am. We chose to check out without breakfast because of such constraints. Otherwise as per other reviews they did provide dental kits, soap n towels

2 night stay at HSP. Initial confusion by reception having no knowledge of the booking despite the stay being booked and paid for directly with the hotel itself almost 2 months prior and the hotel confirmed the booking and payment in writing through Mr David. The rest of the stay was enjoyable. HSP is centrally situated and walking distance to most of the stores and restaurants in the town centre. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Toilet and shower bit old fashioned but clean.

This hotel location is very easy to find. They don't have car parking area but lots parking place is available near by this hotel

We had booked a room for 2 days and then extended for 6 more days! the hotel is on the periphery of the town and midway between the chettinad mansions and the town. Being right on highway, easy to get in and out and surprisingly not noisy at all. Room itself was spacious, clean and had a balcony with the view of open countryside. Our stay was excellent as we loved the culture, history, architecture, food of the area and the hotel stay was very comfortable. The owner and the women workers were very helpful and friendly. Eating options are 5 minutes away, petrol pump is next door. Highly recommend.

Home away from home - that's the way to describe this wonderful hotel because that's the way they looked after us. Gokul, a wonderful energetic young *** who went out of his way to guide us in visiting places. The ever smiling Kavitha madam and Sanjay. Kavitha madam with Gokul specifically supervised food preparation for us when we asked that certain food ingredients be excluded. And they did this for every one of our meals. When we came back there would be a delicious spread piping hot and ready for of us and ***, it was so yummy!! Thank you Gokul.
