What you pay is what you get. The price is cheap and the location is good. So for the price I wouldn't complain much to ask for more amenities. Staff was friendly and they also can arrange for a day tour to Ani ruin and Lake Cildir(is a local group tour so everything is in Turkish. take it as like a transport arrangement.) If you would like to have tea you can get it at reception. They do not have an elevator. The highest is the 4th floor.

It is a nice budget hotel with no lift inside so u had to bring your luggage using stairs. If you are looking for food, u can find a Burger King restaurant in front of this hotel. Cleanliness so so, I found hairs inside the bathroom :(

It's conveniently located in the city center. It's a great value. It was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even showed me the exact bus stop for the Ani Yushu on my phone map. They even provided me with hot water when I asked. It was a little cold at night, but they had an extra blanket, which was enough.

Reasonable prices and, above all, a perfect hotel location. I stayed in a twin room on the third floor with one double bed and one single bed. The staff were very friendly, and it was close to the bus stop for the Ani ruins. The train station was 15 minutes away. There were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Even with these minor issues, I was very satisfied with my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value for money.

It was a very pleasant stay. Because the weather was so bad and I had a motorcycle, I was able to stay an extra night. No problem. I needed to have some documents printed, and they were happy to do that for me. Very, very satisfied.

The hotel is too old, but it was still full on the day of check-in. The price is better than that. In fact, the price of the new Konak Hotel a few steps away is not much more expensive and the conditions are much better.

For one night, it was very good.

It's okay for one night....

The rooms are half-cleaned, there is not even complimentary water. There is no elevator. We are a family with children, we went up 3 floors with our suitcases in hand, it was very bad.
