Modern building with a bright design. The check-in was very welcoming. Beautiful views of the bays and a spacious room. The homemade breakfasts were good, and the sunset view was particularly special. There's a mosque nearby, which adds to the local charm. The room lacked glasses for drinks; drinking champagne from mugs isn't very festive :). The hotel is located on a hill, about a 12-15 minute walk to the beaches, which is something to keep in mind. When we asked for two plates for the room, we were asked "what for?" which I thought was a bit inappropriate. We replied, "for watermelon," and were then warned not to use the towels for watermelon. This was strange, especially since we are tidy and well-mannered people :). Regarding housekeeping: cleaning and towel changes are only provided upon request. However, I wish the floors were cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant and warm experience. I recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. When it came to our final day, we were so sad to leave. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was delightful. After traveling for over a week it felt nice to settle down for a couple days in a beautiful hotel. The decor is very boho chic which makes it feel luxury within the area it is located. I believe it is run by a family but I could be wrong haha however, they are all truly so friendly, caring and willing to help-the hospitality here is genuine. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the grounds are well maintained-you can see them cleaning & tending to the gardens throughout the day. You can tell that the staff here really care. The location is an easy walk into the center The ocean view from our room was wonderful, and the breakfast had a nice variety each morning. There is also a very sweet, calm dog at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kas🩵

Good place for stay, quiet

Very new hotel modern with convenient layout good accommodation. We liked everything.

Easy parking, spacious room, clean facilities, and a good breakfast.

Not great value for money, but everything else was fine.

Located halfway up a hill, about 1km from the old town, a 15-20 minute walk (with one or two slopes). It seems to be a guesthouse with a pool, nothing special. The rooms are a good size, clean. The breakfast selection is quite extensive for a guesthouse. Parking is available on the roadside right in front of the hotel. I took photos in the morning watching the town awaken and in the evening at the ancient Roman theater.

Most hotels around here are similar, but the staff at this hotel are very clean. Every time I go back, they're mopping the floor and sweeping the pool; they're meticulous in their work. The breakfast is also good.

The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, with beautiful scenery and warm service. The hotel dog is adorable. The only downside is that the mosque next door makes loud prayers for about 10 minutes around 4:30 AM.

Facilities: Overall, okay, but they gave me a rough blanket as a comforter?! I don't understand. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: In the heart of town, but the room wasn't very soundproof. Service: Good.

The facilities are too basic, but the scenery and location are pretty good.

A very comfortable hotel with a large room and just the right amount of facilities. It is suitable for a leisurely stay. There is a super cute dog. My children and I were very comfortable here for four days. kas worth a few days. Breakfast is just like this, almost all in Türkiye. It looks good but not delicious.

The originally booked sea view room for three people was on the second floor. The sea view could only be seen through the cracks. After negotiating with the boss, we were moved to a family room on the fourth floor for free. The view was amazing. The only drawback was the loud noise coming from the speakers of the mosque next door. The call to prayer wakes us up on time at 6:00! The hotel breakfast is quite rich!

I went to both Bodrum and Kaş. It’s really relaxing here. The hotel is very comfortable, with large space, new facilities, good-looking waiters, good value for money, and most importantly, safe and clean.
