Seems not too much bad but if you try to to look, you will find better places than this & i thought it's not as the fair prices for the a comodation , the also don't have beaches their

Amazing holiday- everything customer orientated

雖然言語不通，偶爾停個電馬上又恢復，飲食也是變花樣豐富大家，還有晚上不同的節目。用心服務的態度能感受到。唯一不足酒店的用車太舊了，空調不製冷。

很好的酒店，除了車開進去路有點不好以外其他都很棒，知道我們生日還準備了蛋糕，晚餐唱歌時還唱了生日歌，早餐晚餐都不錯，第三天早上離開時車子電瓶沒電了，酒店還幫忙接了電，非常感謝！

獨立於郊區之外 還是比較舒服的 走路去熱鬧的沙灘也很近

5 étoiles pour l’emplacement, tout juste 4 pour le reste. Hôtel d’apparence magnifique, bien situé, magnifique piscine, belle jetée et les petits îlots pour les chambres sont assez sympa. Pour les chambres c’est une autre histoire, c’était peut être un 5 étoiles il y’a 10 ans mais plus aujourd’hui. Mobilier tachée et usager, idem pour la literie, propreté moyenne. Globalement ça mériterait une grosse rénovation pour retrouver 5 étoiles. Nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre… Nourriture moyenne mais correcte, un gros plus pour le restaurant the Jetty dont les plats sont simplement excellents. Bref, en résumé le rapport qualité prix est très moyen, si vous avez ce genre de budget, prenez un autre 5*, sinon payez moins cher et prenez un beau 4* à moitié prix.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was very attentive to every request. We paid for full board which included all meals. The food was very delicious. I stayed in an ocean side room. It was beautifully decorated. The views were spectacular. The two infinity pools were warm and calming. The spa treatments were extremely relaxing.

I have traveled extensively, but staying at Essque Zalu was by far the most exceptional experience I've ever had. The attention to detail and care from the staff surpassed everything else. During our four-night stay in an ocean-view suite, we enjoyed a spacious living area, a walk-in closet, and a huge king-size bed. The room was cleaned daily, and we received complimentary bottled water every day. The hotel boasts a stunning pool with natural water. We particularly enjoyed sipping cocktails by the pool, on the jetty, and near the market restaurant. The spa was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I indulged in a scrub and a 60-minute full-body massage, both of which were fantastic, thanks to their use of all-natural products. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a wonderfully peaceful time. Special thanks to Aditya, the GM of the hotel, who takes the time to personally greet every guest and ensure everyone is exceptionally well taken care of. You're a legend there, and we will definitely return.

We had an amazing vacation at this place where you will find the hospitality at its best and never ending … Mr.Aditya …. Is an example to all the people in Hospitality trade where you will see him as an icon of Hospitality. From Day 01 .., we have received all the needs from staff working from reception, dining till house keeping … All the staff are maintaining their high profile of hospitality and positive approach towards guests at all times. Food was amazingly cooked , rooms were maintained very clean and neat . Pool is the best and so clean. Bartenders , servers are so aware of the guests where they always know what we want. Some are multi talented and knows how to entertain their guests. Our vacation felt more special to all the staff in Essque Zalu… Thank you so much and we definitely going to come again and again.

Beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly and remembered our names. Great food and drink. Needs an ATM. Make sure to tip staff, they deserve it. Hotel room was so comfortable. We had a private hut that we just did not want to leave. Would definitely visit again.

An unforgettable 7 nights stay, thank you so much to Aditya and the team for making our time in Zanzibar so special. Every single member of staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. The garden suite with sea view was exceptionally beautiful, the scenery looking out over the ocean and having the sunrise and sunset in both directions from the jetty really was so amazing!

It was one of those places you felt that a dream became an reality! Relaxing, beautiful place with delicious food! We took long walk at the beach and evenings we spend at the hotel. We had a wounderful villa with gardenview! Our daughter who is nine and on autism spectrum, found peace in this amazing enviroment.

Words cannot really describe this little sneak peak of paradise we just experienced. We had booked in another hotel that was nowhere like the pictures. And then contacted essquehotels zalu zanzibar Through one of our family friends in Dubai. on 03rd january AM and stayed till 09th. for the immediate swap. They accommodated us last minute and even figured out a way for our transfer. The good was incredible and the team even more. The scenery is out of this world. Book the super pool villa, definitely worth it! We were warmly welcome by the front office manager Mr. Omar and hotels Duty manager Mr. Perera. Very smooth and quick checked in was done by Mr. Omar and Duty manager Mr. Perera informed us to wait for maximum 15 minutes to make fresh our villa. Exactly after 15 minutes Mr. Perera visit to the lobby with big smile on face and informed your * Home Away from Home * is ready. We were very happy as we were fed up with our first resort. Then Mr. Perera escort us to our villa ,Explains A to Z all hotels facilities, restaurant opening hrs, Etc: Etc: Villa was nicelly decorated within short period of time . Good smells. Well clean and spotless. Food was excellent in both breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice local entertainments in the evening. Everything was perfectly 100% well organized. As Mr. Perera advices , we will do direct reservations by hotels website next time to book rooms and we will definitely recommend essquehotels zalu zanzibar to our ffamilies , friends and company . See you all again sooner .
