Very nice location, services , staff and view if you take ocean view The restaurant is clear and delicious Rooms are clean and relaxing, One negative that the water heater in room has a bad smell , wish the hotel will change it 👍🏻

This hotel no have air Condation they say to us early to open the cold system we was in end off may , also the containers person not good at all , the room was very small and hot also the room no cream , conditioner, ……. Just shampoo it’s not like five or four stars,

Отель находится недалеко до Трабзона (на авто). Номер был с видом на море, очень тихое утро с пением птиц👍завтраки хорошие, есть парковка для машины.

الاطلالة جميلة، والغرفة كلاسك وتصميمها عادي وقديم نوعاً ما، المهتم في الاطالة انصحه بالحجز في الفندق، لكن الي يهتم في جمال الغرقة وجمال التصميم ما انصحه بالاستئجار عندهم.

Otel tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Çalışanları son derece ilgiliydi. Odalar çok konforluydu ve temizliğe çok önem verilmişti. Mihriban Hanım özel olarak daha çok ilgilendi .Çok teşekkürler her şey için kesinlikle gidin ve bu konforu deneyin.

فندق سيئ للاسف يجب على سلسلة نوفوتيل ايقاف المهزله التب تحدث هنا في الفندق ! عمال الرسبشين غير ودودين بتاتآ و اسلوبهم زفت و الغرف حر موت لما اتصلت عليهم قتلهم حر قالولي لاتشغل المكيف احنا باكتوبر يستخفون بعقلي تقولي برد قتلها اوكي برد بس الغرف حر قالتلي الفندق كله المكيف حار وين اهميه العميل لديكم ؟ اقسم بالله فندق سيئ نصيحه لحد يسكن فيه والله ثم والله راح تتحسفون انا كنت اقرا التعليقات السلبيه وماتوقعت فندق نفس نوفوتيل يكون بهالمستوى ولكن انصدمت عندما رأيت الحقيقه .

We would like to thank Ms. Büşra, who welcomed us and checked us in quickly. She was polite, caring and very helpful. She explained the hotel in detail to the smallest detail and was very attentive. I would like to thank the entire welcoming team. Also, thank you to bellboy Mesut.

The room was very dirty. There was a fresh coffee stain on the wall, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bedding appeared to have been used. Although there were three of us, we only received amenities for two. On the first day, they provided espresso capsules, but on the second day, they claimed they had none. The bathroom smelled awful, like eggs, likely because the floor was mopped with dirty mops. There was hair on the basin, and the bathtub was slippery. On the third night, we requested fresh linen, which they provided, but the duvet cover was damaged and should be discarded. The corridors were full of dust and garbage, with dirty skirting boards. The AC was off, making it hard to breathe, and the lobby toilets and entrance were dirty. This place is far from being a five-star hotel. My stay was horrible, with broken electric switches in the room, a dusty balcony, a balcony door that needed fixing, and stained, hole-ridden curtains. The front office staff need training on how to interact with guests and solve problems; they seem to lack basic hospitality knowledge. Housekeeping needs training and training the staff need supervision and one to inspect the rooms . Restaurant food was delicious and very tasty, Halil was working very hard jumping from here to there and always make sure if we are satisfied with food. Breakfast very good. But you Gus lack in cleaning and clear the tables inside and outside. No duty manager available, no one asked how was our stay even. Novotel is one of my favorite hotel brand.

There is big mall near the hotel. Not far from an active shopping area. About ten kilometers from Trabzon city center There is bus station near the hotel. The beach within a few steps from the hotel. Good reception staff specially Aisha Gul, very active and helpful.

very nice hotel. nice location and friendly staff The breakfast is very good. It is nice to be by the beach and the rooms are very clean. We were very pleased. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much. Very nice hotel. Everything was perfect

If one needs to learn about 5star hospitality then this property is an institution because it teaches you everything "What not to do". No one smiles (receptionist, restaurant, room cleaning staff). I saw poor reviews related to this but thought it would have been a personal feedback but the service in this hotel is pathetic. Offcourse speaking English is not common in Trabzon but people outside in general are so nice and polite that they make an effort to help you and keep smiling and trying. To make things worse we are Vegetarians and to explain that to this 5star staff is to invite their rude stare "then why did you come here". Starts with the guy at the reception and the trainee and the bell boy (who stops in the room after getting luggage imploring you and almost threatening you for a Tip). I asked the trainee to show me an executive room and he says that we will give you the price difference and if you like it we will show you the room. The receptionist is a street smart alec who without speaking tells you that you better stay in the room that you have booked because you dont look the type who wants a sea side view. I changed to Ramada for additional 2 nights and thank god for it. Novotel needs to get their act together if they care for their brand. Why should smiling be such an arduous difficult task ???

Worst experience ever , we had booked a room with three single beds and they gave us a double room with an extra bed noting that it was our request since we’ve done our reservation!! Room is very small and had no view!! Tried to contact them many times and no-one changed the beds or the room or even tried to make us satisfied!!! We surly wont look for this stay in future or deal with the tourism company “ Refan” ✖️✖️✖️
