I booked this hotel through Trip.com. The location of the hotel is convenient and convenient. The room size is also okay. The hotel manager at the front desk was very rude and indifferent. I wish Trip.com would also draw attention to the inconvenience caused to customers who book through Trip.com. The disregard shown to travellers by this hotel is unacceptable.
