If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Czytając opinię o hotelu można się zastanawiać czy jest on dobrym wyborem.Nie mniej na miejscu ,roszczarowalem się in plus.Pokoj średniej wielkości,czysty z wygodnym łóżkiem. Do dyspozycji mamy czajnik, kawa i herbata,woda mineralna, klimatyzacja.W hotelu jest wellnes dodatkowo płatny ,niestety działała tylko jedną sauna i basen .Jacuzzi i 3 pozostale sauny wylaczone z uzytkowania.Sniadanie urozmaicone każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Hotel położony w pobliżu autostrady A4 i centrum handlowego,Trzy Stawy, oddalony od centrum Katowic

Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of bits to choose from. We had to pay for the parking, also it is not guaranteed. The coconut drink in the room fridge was awful. I had to get myself Coconaut from Zabka. Service was very good. The pool, spa area and massage top noch. Very recommended.

Le personnel de l’hôtel était très réactif : nous avons demandé des oreillers supplémentaires, et notre demande a été immédiatement prise en charge. La chambre propre et confortable et l’emplacement idéal au cœur de Katowice. La ventilation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui était un point négatif.

Dostaliśmy inny pokoj w którym były podobne problemy Jeśli coś nazywa się apartamentem to niedorzeczne jest to żeby w pokoju bo tak tylko można nazwać ten pozal się Boże apartament były brudne ściany,oraz dziury które radośnie spoglądają na Ciebie podczas wejścia do pokoju .Brakujące zaślepki przy listwach przypodlogowych Kubki brudne każdy z innej parafii. Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Napuchnięta ościeżnicą w łazience.Papier toaletowy najgorszego sortu. Śmieci pod łóżkiem po poprzednich lokatorach Ramy okienne oraz szyby brudne. Krzesło bez śrub tzn. siedzisko z nóżkami nie tworzyło całości O dzwiekoszczelnosc możecie zapomnieć jest ona tylko z nazwy. Słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klatce oraz u sąsiadów obok.Wiec jeśli szukacie czegoś więcej to odradzam . Właściciel tego przybytku po negatywnej opinii na booking zaczął do nas wypisywać smsy dziwnej treści .Według naszej oceny chyba próbował nas zastraszyć

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Idealny na imprezę w Spodku. Pokoje wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy i jest nawet czajnik z herbatkami czy kawą. Na recepcji też można sobie kupić jakieś przekąski. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pod hotelem parking, ale trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować

Я не смогла попасть в апартаменты! Мой вылет из Ливерпуля задержали. Я приехала в апарт отель около 3.30 утра. Мне никто не открыл. На следующий день я увидела email oт отель с паролем. Но! Этот email мне прислали в ночь когда я должна была заселиться! Я не имела интернета т.к была в пути, летела! Почему мне не прислали код заранее? В дневное время или сразу после моей оплаты? Я понятия не имела что стойка регистрации не круглосуточная. Мне пришлось искать другой отель в 4 утра! И я потратила на него 230 злотых. Никто не извинился даже I didn't get into the apartment! My flight from Liverpool was delayed. I arrived at the aparthotel around 3.30 am. Nobody opened up for me. The next day I saw an email from the hotel with a password. But! This letter was sent to me on the night I was supposed to move in! because I was on the way, flying! Why wasn't the code sent to me in advance? During the day or immediately after my payment? I have no idea that the front desk is not transport. I had to look for another hotel at 4 am! And I went to him 230 zł. no one even apologized

I wasn't sure about the services provided at the hotel. I was there in May 2023 and checked in. One of the staff at the reception was a trainee. She made a mistake, as she took another payment from my card, when I have already paid for the stay. Then I went to my room. She knocked at the door and apologised and brought me some cookies. I told her not to worry, that is fine. She was very apologetic, but I told her not to, as she just took over this job. The staff at the hotel is amazing. Very nice, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go there again, as I like the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and of course, Katowice is not a Tourist hub. Local flavours and the welcome spirit of the locals impressed me. Thank you team for your nice welcome in May 2023. I will be back to the hotel next year.

PPengguna TetamuWe were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

PPengguna TetamuI am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

We always stay in best westerns when we can as you know exactly what to expect, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Wonderful clean rooms, comfty bed and good showers. The staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful! Make sure you try one of their special brew beers, we tried one with pineapple in and this was such a treat! Really yummy. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re next in the area, thank you for such a great stay!

PPengguna TetamuI would rate this hotel 3,5 if it was possible. Basic hotel, nothing extra such as amenities. No coffé or tea maker. Not even a trash bin. The bed was hard which is fine with me. My room was somewhat dark and there could definately be more lamps. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very simple and pricy relative to what you get. The room was reasonably priced so I would definately come back next time visiting Katowice.

Отличный сервис, шикарный чистейший номер с большой спальней и очень большой ванной комнатой с идеальной чистоты ванной, полотенцами, халатами! Постельное белье идеальное! Есть чайник, кофе и чай входит в стоимость номера, а вот полный бар уже конечно за дополнительную плату… шикарный вид из окна! И вообще, кто хочет комфортно, красиво и элегантно отдохнуть за минимальную цену(цена за номер очччень приятная)- очень рекомендую именно этот отель Парк Хотел Диамент в Катовице! Не пожалеете и будете довольны!!! Завтрак к сожалению не успели попробовать, потому что был очень ранний рейс… Хотя очень хотелось! Ресторан в отеле на самом верхнем этаже и от туда еще более лучший вид открывается (я просто ходила туда посмотреть их ресторацию)..

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English.
Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys.
We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started.
The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is a complete mess, the walls have fungus, the shower was plugged, the towels were dirty. Our room had a kitchen, but there was almost no kitchen tools, so we couldn't really eat there. It was really cold in the room during the night, because the windows were broken and they wouldn't shut. And last but not least, the owner... He took the deposit, but he didn't want to give it back. He didn't answer the phone when we wanted to check out and get our money. Then he started to argue with us, and pushed my female friend twice (!!!). We missed our bus because of it and he had completely no remorse. Don't visit this place ever.
