Hotel berhampiran Horikoshi Shaku-Kannon Temple, Katsuragi

思ったよりも、住宅街の中にあったので、山奥のような眺望はありません。 しかしお風呂は、種類も多く、洗い場も多めなので、くつろげます。 ただ、接客が悪い人が多いです。 フロントの方が、素敵な従業員もおられますが、一人だけ客を馬鹿にしたような、ふてくされたかのような態度の茶髪女性は、最悪でした。 フロント横のジュース販売の小さな冷蔵庫から、自分が飲みたいものを、堂々と取り出してフロントに持っていき、客を馬鹿にするような態度でチラ見して無視。 もちろん、自分のドリンクは支払ってるでしょうが、こういうのは、客がいないタイミングで、こっそり気を使って買うべきでは？ そして、レストランも利用させて頂きましたが、食事後の帰り際、目の前を通っても有難うございましたも言えない、気の利かない若い男性バイトも。 一番ひどいのは、フロントで清算後、靴箱の手前にレストランがあるのですが、 たまたま仕事を終えた厨房の方たちが、団体で出てきました。ありがとうございましたもなく、ドヤ顔で、通路のど真ん中を、偉そうに。客をジロジロ見ながら。 サービスも**もない。業務用食材を、豪華な器にいれてパフォーマンスしてるのに、威張らないで頂きたい。 お風呂だけで言えば、とても良いのでおすすめです。 空いてる時間であれば、思う存分、色々なお風呂でゆっくりできます。 良いフロントに当たったら、ラッキーだと思いますが、運だと思います。レストランは、サービス業に精通していない、接客を気にしないお客様であれば、満足できると思います。

ホテル46（ほてるしろ）は、和歌山県橋本市高野口町伏原（わかやまけんはしもとしこうやぐちちょうふしはら）にあるビジネスホテルだ。 2022年1月2日、この日は慈尊院に参拝した。 そこから車で、ホテル46にやってきた。ビジネスホテルというよりアパートといった外観だ（苦笑）駐車場はとても広い。館内は靴を脱いで下駄箱に入れるシステム。チェックイン時間より少し早かったが、電話するとチェックインを早めてくれてありがたい。 今回は1階一番奥の5号室だ。ツインルームだ。カードを差し込まないと電気が点かないのに、差し込んでいないおばあ。早くやってよ。部屋の鍵が抜けないおばあ。電気を点けても部屋はすごく暗い。トイレは温水便座。風呂はユニットバスだが、まあまあ広い。部屋が暗いと思ったら、調光できる照明で照度を落としていたようだ。ヘヤードライヤーもある。湯沸かしとテレビ。冷蔵庫。残念ながらコップが用意されていなくて、うがい用の紙コップしかない。wifiは爆速で、ありがたい。ベッドの枕元に2口のコンセントがあるのは、嬉しい。 素泊まりプランなので、夕食はコンビニ飯。俺は「浪速の肉吸い鍋」にした。電子レンジで爆発している（苦笑）ツレはカレー。いつもおいしいセブンイレブンとは思えない、まずいカレーだと文句を言っている。わかめサラダ。ベッドの寝心地はとてもよかった。朝食は、セブンイレブンで買ってきたパン。牛乳とフルーツ。チェックアウトし、先に進んだ。

Room is pretty standard Japanese business hotel and has everything you need for a comfortable stay; even though this hotel has a public onsen, it was nice to have a shower tub in my room. Location is not the closest to the city's train/bus stations, but the easy 20 minute walk is still manageable; bonus points for the location due to the value-oriented restaurants and supermarket close by. Lots of fried food for breakfast, but I appreciated the western coffee and pastries. Unlike most other hotels in the region, this hotel's staff speaks English, and are extremely helpful and professional; I cannot thank them enough for producing a bicycle for me to explore the surrounding interesting region.

The temple is beautiful, and the room is super nice and spacious. There is also a beautiful garden. I was expecting some additional amenities and/or interactions with the monks to have a better experience, but there is nothing related to this. I have the impression there are temples around the area that are much better on this regards and this could contribute a lot to the overall experience. If you want to have dinner and/or breakfast please make reservation at least one day before check-in and make sure this is accepted by the property, otherwise you won’t be able to have dinner/breakfast if you request this during check-in. The morning ceremony was ok, but there is no minimum explanation at the beginning or end (at least in English) which could have been nice. Also, the room is extremely cold, so make sure you bring enough clothes to it. The onsen is a nice addition but nothing spectacular. Overall, it is ok but it could be improved a lot. There are some lessons you can take part of, but I joined the cemetery tour organized by another temple, so I don’t know if they were good. I have the impression that in Eko-in temple they were giving the guests more services as meditation sessions and this tour and additional explanations in English. Curfew is at 9 pm.

服務態度好，環境好，乾淨衞生，就是坐車不太方便

Good temple lodging. We got what we came for: austere room with sleeping mats, excellent buddhist opulent meals, beautiful temple building, good ryokan, great location. There is no hot water in the room or washing area, but that is ok. The room had a toilet, normal Japanese electric bidet type.

Standard Japanese business hotel, albeit with an onsen and newer than most. Breakfast is adequate, with western coffee on offer. Location is not central, but within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Shimo-Isaka station, restaurants, and a supermarket. Not exactly geared towards non-Japanese travelers, since the staff hardly speaks English and the hotel information given is only in Japanese. Extremely satisfied with it considering the affordable room rate.

We did not expect the room is so small. The website mentioned it has approximately 200 sq ft. Actually the room cannot fit 4 pieces of luggage. We put 2 luggage into the room, the door cannot be closed. The other 2 is outside the room. I have no choice to pay additional HK$ 600 to upgrade to a bigger room. If you have 1 piece of luggage, then this hotel is pretty good for shopping at the outlet. Just a few minutes walk. Lawson at the station or the one at the hotel lobby is very convienence. The public hot bath is a bonus. The first time to try the electric hot bath. It cure my knee pain. Wonderful!

I do not often write reviews but this one deserves a comment. It’s quite spacious as for Osaka standard, with good view and all necessary facilities. We could easily access this hotel from train station through link bridge. Lifts are fast, which I appreciate. It does not provide pickup service but they do have morning shuttle to the airport. I booked this for both early flight and a brief shop at outlets nearby, where food is also a variety. Will come back next time when fly to Kansai airport.

Clean room, quiet environment. However, when the other traveler get to their rooms and pull their shutters, it can be very noisy and disrupt your sleep. The 'hotel' is located in T1, so if you arrived in T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to get to T1, walking would be impossible with luggage. Check out time is 10am, so if you arrived very late in the night, you will not be able to sleep in. This is still a better option than those surrounding hotels within a train ride away for those arriving late and train service has stopped.
