Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay

We had a quick adventure all around Kauai just three friends looking for a good time and the location was excellent. It was perfect for us because we were in the airport and out the airport quick. logistically it was ideal.

We were surprised that there was no restaurant at the hotel and that we had to pay for the parking

It was raining when we got there so needless to say, we were ankle deep in water trying to get to our cottage.  The tub drained very slowly so again ankle deep in bath water taking a shower.  The swimming pool is small and it looked either dirty or moldy, I don’t know hard to tell, but I didn’t see anyone use it while I was there.  The staff were super nice, though so that was good!

Best location on the Island of Kauai with close proximity to great beaches, shopping, and fabulous restaurants.

The hotel was conveniently located and not far from the airport. Our room was very spacious but dated, as was the entire storage area. Nevertheless, it was great for one night!

The hotel environment is good, right by the sea, there is also a lagoon , and I saw tourists snorkeling. The hotel provides bath towels and a swimming pool. The staff is very caring and will interact with the children. They will respond to any needs. The service is great

The hotel on Kauai is less than an hour's flight from Honolulu, and there are many flights. The hotel environment is good, not far from the beach, and the sea water is clear.

Next to the beach, there is a breakwater for playing in the sea. The location is very convenient. There is a hot spring pool in the swimming pool, which can be used as a hot spring by the elderly. There is also a free laundry room. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the windows cannot be opened, and the fresh air blower and air conditioner are very loud. They must be turned off at night, otherwise it feels like sleeping on an airplane.

It's close to the airport, the beach is right in front of you, there's parking, and it's conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing.

There are many guests, but only one person at the desk, so check-in takes a long time. There are no cups in the room, and the coffee machine doesn't work. The lights are dark, so I burned my hand. Parking is expensive.

Overall OK, complete facilities

Excellent, spacious room with sea view, the hotel is ideally located by the sea.
