I was here for a conference. This is good conference hotel. Nice conference rooms, quick access back to your room if you want. Nice facilities. Room was fine, but nothing great. Bed was ok. Mini Fridge in my room was broken. Internet was insanely expensive (but free with tier rewards levels), and you had to restart it every day. View from the Window was amazing. Pool looked nice, but a bit hard to get to. Club lounge on the room looked AMAZING. it was closed for remodel when I was there. That is the picture they show in all the ads. The hotel had a replacement club lounge in the restaurant, which was fine, but nothing like that club level. Connected with sky bridge to Crown Center ... mall with restaurants, museum, aquarium, other stuff. Also very close to Jack Stacks, and Burnt Ends, both good options for KC BBQ. About 20-25 from the airport.

I've stayed at 21c the last 4 times I have traveled to Kansas City and it has become my favorite place to stay. My most recent stay was the best yet! When checking in, Annie and Jonathan at the front desk were very friendly and personable. We proceeded to our room where we found we had been upgraded to a suite with champagne on ice waiting for us to arrive! Our room was the largest that I have stayed in and had a great view with multiple floor to ceiling windows. I like the fact that 21c is a boutique hotel, the rooms are always quiet and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I did not have a chance to patronize the Savoy room but I have on past trips and their staff is always professional and knowledgeable and the cocktails are delicious. Location is very desirable, with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. I have always felt safe in this area at night and the parking garage across the street is very convenient and well lit. All in all I had a wonderful experience and will continue to stay at 21c Kansas City.

The check in was very good, an agent with a spontaneous smile assigned us a very quiet room with a beautiful view. The super clean room, with everything you need, excellent bed, towels, amenities, we didn't have to request anything. Delicious dinner, reasonable price, convenient parking in the building, very good service.
