RRay QAh I rate this hotel 5 stars. Front desk girls are very friendly and helpful, can speak a little English. I like Aoki and Koike, though can't remember the other girls name. Hotel is very clean and quiet. The blue Keihin Tohoku line takes you to Tokyo directly, very convenient and fast, only about 25 minutes to Akihabara. I would like to come back again!

1. The location is convenient: JR station is within 4-5 min walking distance from the hotel. JR lines can take you to the center of Tokyo in 15 min; to Yokohama in 12-15 min.
Multiple shopping malls and supermarkets are within 1-2 min walk.
2. If you are lucky enough you can see Mount Fuji from the hotel.
3. The breakfast was abundant and tasty.
4. Rooms are larger than in APA hotels.
5. The staff is always eager to help.
Really recommend staying here when you are in Tokyo.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is quite tight but very comfortable with everything you need. I loved the variety of pillows to select from, and the wonderful hot spring to soak in every night. There’s a convenience store and multiple malls with everything you need nearby. A short distance from the train station to catch the Narita Express.

PPengguna TetamuThis is my second trip to Japan and my first time staying at Keikyu Ex Inn Kawasaki in Kawasaki. It was an amazing stay. Close to the train and Haneda Airport. It was the perfect home base for me. I was able to go into Tokyo, Saitama, Yokohama & take day trips to explore. I would like to thank Yamasaki for her kindness during my stay. I really enjoyed talking with her. She made me feel at home. I stayed for 12 nights and she made me feel so welcome there. The other front desk staff were wonderful too. I did not get all their names but one gentlemen was so kind to take some clothing items and a pair of boots of mine that did not fit in my luggage and dispose of them. I wanted to donate it but there was no place to do that close by. I felt so welcomed there and at home. The amenities such as coffee & teas 24hrs were a nice bonus too. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my families & friends. I will definitely be back on my next visit in the winter season. I hope to see Yamasaki again too. Such a lovely lady.

SstaratHK京急川崎駅からも近く、通りの前も広くて安全。
川崎は得てして場所によっては治安に問題もあるが、この立地なら問題無。
また、東横インらしい安心感あり。

附近的便利超商有四個，
附近的餐廳最好的是royal host
かつ善的味道普普通通，旁邊的內臟專門店還沒試
房間裡的微波爐、電磁爐幫了很多忙
可惜房間裡的垃圾袋只準備了一個
原本住宿人數是想要兩個的，可是女友沒空

I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one.That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!
