AAriesojkThe room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything arranged efficiently without feeling cramped. I especially appreciated how peaceful it was at night despite being so close to the airport.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which is always important when catching an early flight.

JJake TongThe hotel was away from station within 10 mins walk. Very convenient. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. I love the massage chair a lot in the public area. Just 15 mins cycle can refreshing yourself especially after a long day walking. A lot of restaurants around the area. You can definitely find something good to eat. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back if I travel here again.

PPengguna TetamuMe and my girlfriend booked at the slash hotel for 9 days on our first trip to Japan ! It was an amazing experience and the hotel was perfect for the two of us(the rooms are a little small compared to the pictures they provided but again, it was perfect for us)😊. It’s close to many amazing ramen restaurants with lots of night activities ! It also was right next to many convenient stores and a drug store for your needs ! They have the coffee and tea area on the 10th floor that my girlfriend loved and was free of charge so she was able to get her morning coffee everyday 😆. I highly recommend this hotel if you either need a quick place to stay or even for a whole Japan trip like us as foreigners. The staff was really helpful and kind and not to mention the service was amazing with breakfast so I would also recommend getting the breakfast package when staying ( if you don’t, you can still purchase breakfast there if needed).

MMarcinA charming small hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. Located in a residential district of Kawasaki, about a 10-minute walk from the train and metro stations. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, featuring a raised futon bed. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a Japanese kimono for walking around the property are provided in the room. The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. On the ground floor, there's a cozy lounge where breakfast is served (simple pre-set meals—miso soup and a rice sandwich). A unique feature is the 24-hour access to a selection of several types of sake, drinks, juices, craft beer, and hot snacks in the hotel lobby—all included in the room rate. In summary, a modern hotel with authentic Japanese flair and the added bonus of free sake tasting. Highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuThis is my second trip to Japan and my first time staying at Keikyu Ex Inn Kawasaki in Kawasaki. It was an amazing stay. Close to the train and Haneda Airport. It was the perfect home base for me. I was able to go into Tokyo, Saitama, Yokohama & take day trips to explore. I would like to thank Yamasaki for her kindness during my stay. I really enjoyed talking with her. She made me feel at home. I stayed for 12 nights and she made me feel so welcome there. The other front desk staff were wonderful too. I did not get all their names but one gentlemen was so kind to take some clothing items and a pair of boots of mine that did not fit in my luggage and dispose of them. I wanted to donate it but there was no place to do that close by. I felt so welcomed there and at home. The amenities such as coffee & teas 24hrs were a nice bonus too. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my families & friends. I will definitely be back on my next visit in the winter season. I hope to see Yamasaki again too. Such a lovely lady.

PPengguna TetamuMy flight from KL landed earlier by 20 minutes. Once I got my luggage, I took an airport taxi to the hotel. It took just 10 minutes to get from Haneda T3, there was no traffic. Arrived at the hotel at about 10:40pm. Upon arrival, the night duty attendant checked me in. It was a very quick process, showed me my room, gave me wifi password, etc and that was it. Although the Hotel is only a 21-room hotel, where room size ranges between 158 sq ft to 355 sq ft, it is very well compensated by the hotel and hotel room’s cleanliness, attentive service and polite and proactive staff. Scherry, the Duty Manager, is a gem and is very knowledgeable of the area. She has given me tips on how to go around the neighbourhood, where to get food, and how to get to the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal, efficiently and cheaply. Thank you Scherry for your professionalism and service. So of you are planning to visit Tokyo and needed a hotel to stay close to Haneda airport (without breaking your bank balance) and before moving on to your next destination, like a cruise or further afield, I highly recommend that you try and stay at Hotel Imalle and look for Scherry. I am pretty sure she will look after you.

I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one.That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!
