Great hotel, very clean and neat, all the staff are excellent, good location with excellent views of olu deniz and babadag mountain, 5 mins walk to the teleferik that takes you up to where the paragliders take off from, it costs about £10-£12 return , well worth the trip, we done half board and glad we did, breakfast was traditional turkish, they make omelettes, fried eggs or scrambled to order, all different cheeses and jams too, the evening meal was traditional with 3 or 4 main dishes plus all the trimmings and salads, lots of different cakes and desserts to choose from aswell, the main pool is large and has its own bar with lots of loungers, they have other loungers and bean bags away from the pool to chill out, the restaurant has the main bar at meal times, even though they clear the tables once meal times are over you can stay there for drinks, all the rooms have sea views too, if you prefer the beach, like us, the hotel works in conjunction with sugar beach and entry with loungers are free as long as you spend some money at their restaurant, the food is very good there, they do a shuttle service to get you there and back too, the main road to olu deniz is very busy from about 11am so be aware, if you get the dolmus to the beach or back it costs less than 60p each and takes 5 minutes, we used a monzo card, taxi is about £5, all in all this hotel is well worth a holiday there and we are looking forward to our next holiday to this hotel.

Nice hotel itself, very clean and pool area nice apart from very hard to get a sunbed. It's supposed to open at 8 to put towels down but when we went down at 7.15 to put down towels there was no beds left! People get up in the middle of the night to put towels down. Staff in the bar area are lovely😊 lunch/tea is very nice! Breakfast is 6/10 omelettes nice, the rest of just basic not my type of breakfast (salads, cheese, few meats, cheap cereal) staff on reception very rude and feel like your bothering them when you ask a simple question and get basic answers back with a rude tone. Cleaners are lovely,asked how our stay was and have a safe trip home. Nothing like reception staff just took our key and that was it! Arrived around 1am to be greeted by a porter that carried our cases which was nice.

Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at La Farine in the deluxe suite with sea view and thought it was adequate but not exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered 5* service. However, the room and hotel were not at the same level. Room lights and a/c were controlled by key card, and even with the key card inserted, the a/c turned off frequently. The balcony had a good view, but it was not possible to keep the small spa filled with enough water to enjoy soaking. The deluxe suite was up a flight of stairs from the last elevator stop, and navigating the steps was challenging because the lights did not turn on right away. Breakfast was sufficient but seemed light by Turkish standards. We thought a patisserie would include baked goods with breakfast, but they all came at an extra charge. We tried croissants and were underwhelmed; even the ones at Costco are better than these. Street parking was incredibly challenging, but staff were exceedingly helpful in this regard. We also liked La Farine's proximity to good restaurants. However, if we come back to Fethiye, we'll likely stay elsewhere.

I and my family recently had a two-night stay at the Infinity City Hotel in Fethiye, Turkey, and unfortunately, it was far from impressive. The first and foremost issue was the lack of parking facilities. There was no parking available on-site, nor were there instructions provided at the time of booking on where to park nearby. This proved to be a significant inconvenience. The noise levels were another major concern. The hotel's soundproofing was simply inadequate, with noise from the street and other guests disrupting my sleep on both nights. An upgrade to the quality of their windows could certainly help address this issue. The comfort of the rooms was subpar as well. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which, combined with the noise issue, led to a poor night's sleep. The quality of the provided amenities such as soap and shampoo was also very low, which is not what one expects from a hotel in this price range. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly. Given the summer temperatures in Fethiye, the lack of efficient cooling made the room uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Fethiye port was commendable. This could be appealing to those who plan to partake in marine activities or enjoy the sea views. However, overall, I found my stay at the Infinity City Hotel disappointing and wouldn't recommend it without significant improvements to its facilities and services.

My husband and I stayed at the Nefis City Otel for 4 weeks and it was the best decision we could have made. The location is central to transport, shops, restaurants, the old town, the bay, the large Tuesday market, the rock tombs and castle. We got to know the reception and breakfast/room servicing staff quite well. Sercan gave us some very useful local information at the beginning of our stay and Sercan, Halil, Ramazan and Mert (Reception staff) accommodated all of our requests (a laundry drying rack, extra pillows, extra hangers, investigating when other guests were smoking in their room and it came through to our room (it's a non-smoking indoors hotel), repairing the toilet roll holder and shower attachment). There was a safety deposit box in the room (very convenient) with a refundable deposit required for the key. There was a small fridge with icebox in the room, soap dispensers by the sink and in the shower cubicle. The bedside lights provided a comfortable environment to relax in during the evening. The television had multiple Turkish and German channels, a couple of English channels and a French and an Arabic channel. There was air conditioning and we booked a room with an enclosed balcony for extra space and drying laundry. Lena and Fatma worked extremely hard to provide a varied Turkish breakfast (the scrambled eggs were delicious!). Non-pork sausages, breaded chicken bites, cheese pastry straws, cooked courgette and aubergine, chips, boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber, white cheese, cheese slices, olives, melon, satsumas, bread, jam, chocolate spread, Turkish tea, herbal teas, instant coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water (all fruit and vegetables were extremely fresh and flavoursome). The breakfast room is at the top of the hotel with panoramic views of the mountains, tombs and castle. There is no elevator, only stairs. Rooms are on the ground floor and first floor. Lena and Fatma also worked extremely hard to service/clean rooms and public areas each day. Occasionally, we did not require a room clean, but were always able to acquire toilet rolls or anything we needed. One evening, there was a massive storm and although some rain leaked through into the breakfast room, Halil and Ramazan did their best to attend to this and came to check that we were OK as they could see that we were trying to close a balcony door in the hall outside our room. We wish to say a huge thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave and hope to return in the very near future.

Returned here for a few nights having last stayed here many, many many years ago. It is still ina convenient location but there have been considerable changes. It was always clean and comfortable but the rooms and lounge and dining area at the back side are much better than before. All staff made us feel welcome especially Soner who has been there since forever it seems The one-time receptionist is now the boss. He is always around and keeps his eye on all aspects of customer service. Even when in the middle of backgammon game. Ramadman is always on hand.

We stayed here for 9 nights in February! The hotel is absolutely beautiful… very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect and had everything you could need … there was enough kitchen equipment if you wanted to cook your own food. It was very modern and very stylish. It had the added benefit of a washing machine and a clothes airer to dry your clothes on which was great. We went to eat at Ju Beach Bar & restaurant and got a 10% discount as have a connection to the hotel. The seafront is only a 5 minute walk so perfect location. The pool looked lovely but wasn’t open so would like to come back again soon! Our family who live In fethiye came and booked a room and also had a wonderful time and were also impressed by the hotel.
