The hotel was clean and had a friendly Front Desk staff. Unfortunately the problem resided in the restaurant. It took 10 - 15 minutes for someone to take our dinner order. We had a table of 10, which I understand is a lot of people, but a few tables near us that entered after us, received their food before we were able to place our order. At breakfast was a huge disappointment. Many of the offerings were empty, including the coffee, potatoes and several of the pastry items. I was down there from 8:00 to 8:20 and these items were still empty when I left. I tell you this for your benefit. Overall I was satisfied with the facility.

Hotel propre, bien situé. Parking gratuit.Chambre pour trois petite et climatisation très bruyante.Piscine extérieure correcte.Avons teste le restaurant de l''hôtel,déco typique Navajo avec feu de cheminee,, personnel courtois.Carte convenable mais pas de boissons alcoolisées.Petit déjeuner correct.Bien pour une étape acant Monument Valley.

모뉴먼트 밸리 방문시 이용 추천. 객실 넓고 깨끗함. 조식 무난하고, 호텔 주변에 식당이 별로 없는데 호텔에서 저녜식사 가능하여 편리함.

Stayed here for a night. Overall experience was below average given the price ($250/night)
Good thing- breakfast was good.
Bad things - Room was not available on time. Once we got the room, we found out that toilet was clogged. They were quick to fix it though. Mattresses were not comfortable. A/C was not cooling the room enough.

The property was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn - comfortable room, decent free breakfast and pool and fitness center on the property.
Somehow, two rooms were reserved in my name. I called the day before our stay and was able to cancel one of the two rooms, but when I arrived both rooms had been cancelled. Luckily, they had a room available so we were able to stay AND it was less expensive than the original reservation. I called about items left behind after my stay and the person that took my call was very nice, but I never heard back.

The hotel was clean, a restaurant on the premises. The restaurant was okay, but understaffed. Between McDonalds, Burger King and Sonic, not the nicest location. We only stayed for one night, so it was okay.
