Hotel Kayseri dengan Sarapan

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

Un accueil formidable dans un hôtel confortable. Demandez une chambre sur l'arrière si vous voulez être au calme. Petit déjeuner turc à cinq euros, copieux et varié. Le château est à un kilomètre, les souks à proximité immédiate. Kayzeri n'est pas pas du tout une ville touristique, et pourtant, il y a des beaux musées à voir. Il y a aussi des shopping-centers sur la route qu'emprunte le tram, vers l'est de la ville. Attention, on y parle peu l'anglais ou le français, utilisez un programme de traduction en ligne disponible sur votre smartphone, et tout ira bien.

Spacious clean room with super comfartable bed (windows at my room was not working properly). Good professional staff at reception and restaurant. Great location at the heart of city. Suz restaurant at hotel roof is a really high priced one with unpleasent meals. Customers are not stupid if you are charging above the european avarage you have to serve something special. I did not like portions and tastes... therefore hotel is good except ”exclusive tourist trap Sûz restaurant”

The room was clean and cozy, just a bit noisy, but I apreciate that i made a mistake booking one day on advance of my arrival without aknowleging my mistake. They understood that and when i was leaving the day after( as i arrived at the hotel one day after the booking) they offered me to stay the second night for free

Novotel kayseri havalimanına çok yakın ve şehir merkezinde sayılabilecek bir lokasyondadır. personel güler yüzlü ve işini iyi yapan yeterliliğe sahipler. Otel genel müdürü misafirler ile ilgilenmektedir. Odalar temiz ve sağlık şartlarına çok uyumlu ortam yaratılmış. Müşteri profili gayet düzgün misafirlerden oluşmuş genellikle yabancı kişilerdi. Yemekler çok çeşitli olup gayet lezizdi.

Fevzi bey ve Merve hanımın sunduğu hizmetten son derece memnun kaldığımızı belirtmek isterim. Her iki yetkili de nazik, profesyonel ve işlerini bilen kişilerdi. Bu tür bir mükemmeliyet seviyesi, gıda sektöründe nadiren karşılaştığımız bir özellik. Restoranın lezzetli yemekleriyle birlikte hizmet standartları, akşam yemeğimizi unutulmaz bir deneyime dönüştürdü. Fier otel de 2 gece konaklamam oldu kayak sezonu için gelmiştim yer ve konum olarak ulaşım sıkıntısı yaşamadım güler yüzlü personelleri hizmet kalitesi çok iyi 👍 kahvaltısını beğendim akşam Roof katında yemek ve canlı müzik vardı ona katıldık bu tarz konsepte olmaları da ekstra olarak artı katıyor şehri bilmeyen biri olarak yemek yemek için başka bir yer aramaya gerek kalmadı teşekkür ederiz herşey için

Stayed there for one night and it was clean and the breakfast was sufficient and the room rate was good. staff friendly and helpful. İt looks like they are understaffed but it didn't affect me. There is a parking space in front of the hotel for 4 or 5 cars. I couldn't find a place in front of the hotel but I found one just next to the hotel because I came at night but if you come to the hotel in the morning hours I think that you will not find a place to park in front of the hotel but worst case scenario you will find a place to park at the back of the hotel. The place was crowded so it was the choice of many people so as I said that it is not a fancy hotel but it's according to its price it is very good. I didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi so I don't have an idea if it is good or not. I highly recommend this hotel.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
