"The hotel is located in the student area, slightly away from the city center, occupying a large, well-maintained area. The rooms are large, very clean, and bright. The staff is attentive, but despite claiming to support English and Russian, we were only able to communicate in Turkish. For example, we tried to get into the Turkish hamam twice, but were unable to do so due to the language barrier. The breakfast is delicious, but not varied. The air conditioning is heated, making the air too dry. I recommend this hotel for those visiting Kayseri."
