Adeta Kayseri de ”Eve gelmis” gibi hissettiren, Kadife ruhlu arkadaslarin varliği inanilmaz güzel. Sn. Kaan bey, isa bey ve tum vale arkadaslarimin giriste ki konukseverliğini görmelisiniz. Yüzünde ki, tebessümün ruhundan süzüldüğünü farketmek, kendinizi çok özel hissettiriyor. Sesi ile kalplere dokunan, nazik, zarif ve ipeksi bir ruha sahip olduğunu düşündüğüm, daha bir çok övgü dolu sözlerimin sahibi olan Sn. Selma hanim'dan bahsediyorum. Başta Selma hanimefendi olmak üzere, bu güzide otelimizin bütün çalışanlarina ayri ayri teşekkür ederim. Burada olmaktan ve Sizin kiymetleri tanimaktan dolayı çok mutluyum. İyi ki varsınız..

About the Kayseri hotel called Prime Inn City. Today morning, they asked for a price for January 10-14, they asked for 6000 for 4 nights for a 2+1 room. We evaluated it at the hotel (equivalents are in the 4000-7500 band) and made a reservation. During the reservation, Mr. Emrah asked how much the price was (a questionable question, they probably give different prices to everyone, check carefully) and I said 6000 TL and finally we completed it. 15-20 minutes passed, I was called again and asked for 3500 TL per night instead of 1500, saying that the friend who gave me the price today was on his own for 15-20 minutes and gave the wrong price, could it be checked in various places on the internet. Even though I explained that it was their fault, they did not take kindly to it and without apologizing, they said that if I did not give this number, they would cancel it, and I said cancel it. Businesses with this talent may sell the room to size, sell the room to someone who offers a higher price in the future, and call you saying we made a mistake. In summary, beware of a place that does not care about the use of trust and the customer's happiness/experience.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated. The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside. The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

2 gece bu otelde kalıp servisle Erciyes e gidip geldim. Otel son derece temiz, odalarda ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey mevcut. Konumu merkeze yürüyerek 15 dk uzaklıkta , gürültüden uzak bir semtte. Bu sayede aracınız olmadan da rahatlıkla ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek durumdasınız. Kahvaltısı da gayet iyi diyebilirim.Bu fiyat seviyesinde bu kadar kaliteli bir otel bulabilmek heryerde mümkün olamaz. Kayseri’ ye gelecek herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.
