I like How the interior of my room that I book for my parents

The hotel is currently under renovations - so that is hopeful. However, I don’t think they should attempt to remain open in the interim. The place was dirty, smelly, loud, and chaotic. There was black mold all around our tub, and mysterious stains on the tile floor and door. The bedding was clean at least. They should be offering heavy discounts for travellers staying there right now. We pairs nearly $300 for the night and it was not worth more than half that.

Everything is great. I will just recommend you if you can improve the breakfast.

The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and close to the lake. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit dated and uses window air conditioning units, which are quite noisy when operating.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.

I found blood or other stains underneath the pillow sheet, and their pools are out of service but no notice on anywhere we booked. Someone was talking on phone very early in the morning just by my door.

The rooms are newly decorated and have a nice feel. The parking lot is large, the swimming pool is very nice, and it is very comfortable to bring children. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in the city, and shopping is very convenient. You can walk there

The location is very good, right on the main road leading to the airport and the city center. The Orchard Park shopping center is directly across the street. The rooms in the tower are very well-equipped and spacious.

The kettle inside the room is extremely rusty
