The overall service of this hotel does not seem to justify a four-star rating. Additionally, the salmon dish I had at the hotel restaurant was one of the worst I've ever tasted, and its presentation was worse than that of a local take-away restaurant. Above all, experiencing hotel staff entering a guest's room without even knocking, despite it not being check-out time, is far from a pleasant experience. I believe the hotel needs to reassess every touchpoint of interaction with customers, starting from picking them up at the airport to the check-in process and beyond.
