Понравился отель и сервис. Всегда чисто, уборка каждый день. Пляж 2 мин. Есть закуски до и после обеда. В номере есть тапочки и чайник.

Unable to give a true rating since we arrived during out of season. Hotel looks nice, staff friendly and helpful. Appreciate the complimentary wine and card for my fiancées birthday. Spa, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, indoor pool excellent experience, gym could be updated but relatively small to include more equipment. Since out of season the pier was closed, this was understandable. Few recommendations for management and improvement of service: - daily cleaning of the rooms, could be more thorough, ie replace used glasses, tidy the room rather than just making the beds. - food was okay but seemed more of a repeat of dishes, however bland..it would be good for more choices or offer different culture cuisines ie Turkish, Mexican, American, Italian, Indian, chinese nights. Breakfast could be better, we only ate omelettes all week, it would be good to see options like continental breakfast, crossiants, pain au chocolate, range of fruits bananas, melon or cooked breakfast like beans, eggs, bacon. - cocktails and drinks, they are poor..the ingredients are there to make decent cocktails however they are poorly made..it would be good to see an improvement in the cocktail making process with staff majority of the drinks are strong but not enjoyable...beer is the better option for a drink. Altogether the experience at this hotel was average, the main thing is we made unforgettable memories and we still enjoyed our stay. If you are wanting a budget all inclusive this is the place but if your wanting high expectations then this is not recommended. All in all we will visit kemer again in the future however not to this hotel.

Me and my partner really enjoyed this hotel and their lovely food, delicious drinks and their nice staff! We can highly recommend this hotel! Our room was 4 star for us! Not luxury but enough for us and enjoyable and cozy. We loved our little balcony with a view at the ocean and the city. The pool area was always clean and the staff was always working and serving us costumers! Our cleaning lady was so cute and always gave us what we needed! We loved the closeness to the beach with its beautiful turquoise-blue water and beautiful stones.

Hotel is definitely not 4 * We had a room without windows for outside. So literally no any view. Never experienced anything like this. Also the main bar tender was horrible to all female customers . Advert’s page is says that hotel has a bar on the beach but not mentioned is Paid one !!! For me isn’t all inclusive holiday. Also I never saw so busy beach. Deckchair's… one of the top of the others. People was squishing like sardines in can. There was additional deck with lots of space but of course Paid!!!! Drinks in bar … worst than bad. No entertainment at all! Actually is dead place after 9 pm

If you prefer a place for your summer holiday which is not too big, basically at the city center, with direct access to its own beach, very well maintained, clean with helpful, kind but not intrusive staff, this is the place to go. I have been travelling around the world and good hotels can be found everywhere. So what specifically makes this hotel among the good ones?! I already mentioned some of the traits in my first sentence. Still, it is worth highlighting that this hotel is maintained daily. This means, people are fixing thing continuously. That is rare. It is very clean and the staff makes it stays clean throughout day. Another pretty amazing thing was a smooth operation and management of hotel staff specially the one in the kitchen and dinning hall. The moment you turn your had the table behind is cleaned and ready to be used by another guest. The waiters and supervisors are there if you need them. Otherwise they are absolutely kind and noninvasive. The supervisors quietly monitor the process, help where needed and give orders almost without being noticed. The food was excellent if you like lots of Turkish dishes, lots of fresh vegetables, salads, fruits like we did. Every nigh, the hotel offers a special meal prepared in addition to the regular offer. It may also be decisive for you to know that English is spoken in this hotel, guest are from different countries (not only Russia) and music is variety of local an international pop.

This hotel is situated in a great location on the beach and within walking distance to the centre of Kemer. It is very clean and the staff on reception are very helpful. Ample toiletries were provided in the bathroom. There was a good selection of food at at breakfast and dinner. On the negative side the beach is narrow so the sunbeds are packed in very closely together. Also found the person who runs the Spa area downstairs quite unhelpful.

Pro’s Originally, we booked and paid extra for a sea view room, but this was through Loveholidays and not the GL hotel direct. We were given a room in the central core of the hotel with no window but a sliding patio door onto the passage way with people walking past. Emilie on the front desk was able to change the room but only half way through our stay. We viewed that room with the window but no sea view which was smaller and decided to stay in what we had as it had an excellent wet room for the bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy with towels being changed every day and the room made up very nicely. The air conditioning is very discreet and worked well. The rest of the hotel is kept clean throughout all day long. It must be said, Emilie was really helpful throughout our stay. So, the hotel is OK, it has a certain calmness about it, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times although hardly any English is spoken. We only met two other English people in our whole week. It was predominantly Russian and German guests, so we saw no smiling faces whatsoever! The beach and the jetty, the sea, the sunbeds, and the hotel’s swimming pools are small but adequate. Both pools are of a reasonable size for the hotel but no good for lengths. The sea water pool in the Spa area is great. There was entertainment on one night only which was in fact excellent. Con’s Being all inclusive, we expected our food and drink to be edible and drinkable, but this was definitely not the case unfortunately. All food was served lukewarm unless you had a fried egg or omelette in the morning or took food from the griddle station in the evening or lunchtime, but you needed to wait whilst it was cooked and took it immediately otherwise it went into a bay Marie and either stewed or dried up. Not one hot meal the entire week. Unfortunately, the house wines were really something not to be laid down but to be avoided! Cocktails or mixed drinks were basically revolting (sorry, but it's true). The Tuborg lager and local cognac were OK. Everything else was avoided once tried. So, it’s a nice hotel, great location on the beach and 5 minute walk from the noisy and brash high street. Breakfast & lunch palatable (but only just) which forced us to eat & drink outside the hotel after the first night.

We have been here as a family with a small child, it is a very nice hotel that radiates tranquility, the employees are all very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and variable, the hotel and rooms are clean, the location is really great on the beach and within walking distance of the shops / restaurants, I can also highly recommend the spa in the hotel, very knowledgeable people who know exactly what they are doing, I was massaged by Dilan, a real winner in her profession, but the male masseurs are also very good from what I have heard from ladies who have been massaged by them, we will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Good hotel with a nice sea view. The people there are very accommodating. Trang, one of their personel and a charming lady, ensures that their guests will enjoy their stay. Sure will come back at this hotel.

Had an excellent week here with my girlfriend. The hotel is kept clean throughout all day long. The food was really nice and the evening meals are different every night. I just want to say a big thank you to the front desk staff that were more than helpful when one of the local cash machines had swallowed my card too. 👍

We have just arrived home and I couldn't wait to write this review. From start to finish this holiday has been totally amazing. When I booked I realised that we wanted the lateral sea view so I contacted the hotel direct and was greeted by Emilie who went above and beyond for our request she was just lovely. So when we arrived we got to our room (330) and wow what an amazing view we had.. at an extra €150 (€15 per night) to pay on arrival but it was worth every penny that view is priceless in my opinion. Now the food ... not a single bad word to say about it it was so fresh everyday and lots and lots of choice.. each night was a different theme.. like a fish choice 1 night a chicken choice another a kebab night and so on .. The Mexican night was by far my favourite yum yum 😋. Now the staff ... they all work sooo hard and are so polite and courteous they kept the place absolutely spotlessly clean and are all beautifully kept in them selves 🥰 Now the cats 🐈... we just loved that they all live they're absolute best life in this hotel.. just an absolute joy to watch them carry on with they're care free life.. lots of new kittens learning the role of hotel cat.. I must say that there wasn't a single creepy crawly in the time we were there so I assume the cats are doing a great job.. its always a concern of mine when going away as I'm terrified of spiders especially foreign ones 😱 Now the beer/ alcohol.. this was the only dissapointment we had.. I would recommend you take some rennies with you caus the heartburn it gives is pretty bad 🥴 we never drank much and don't really as we aren't drinkers but would like a nice pint or cocktails on holiday!!.. we ended up buying our own at the shop over the road and drinking it in the hotel. Entertainment... 🤔 there was none at all..but that suited us as we went out most evenings and had lovely walks along to the harbour and watched the lively events of other hotels along the way. The beach ⛱️.. this was lovely .. very crammed but nice. We felt awkward that each sun longer is about 2 inches from the next and your so close to strangers but in the end I ended up moving mine around so I wasn't so close. I would recommend you buy some swim shoes before you go as the pebble beach does hurt your feet ours we feel were a god send.. the no sand isn't a bad thing as there is no mess at all it was so clean. Now the biggy for us was the other guests!! In 10 days there we never heard another single English person.. which is not a bad thing as it was quite nice to not to have to have anything to do with anyone else as we do just like to keep ourselves to ourselves.. but my god the place was full of Russians and what an awful race of humans they are!!! .. we have never seen such obnoxious, rude, angry,miserable looking people in our lives 🙄 they look at you like your something on the bottom of their shoe.. push you out of the way to get to what they want .. walk at you and refuse to move to the side so you can

The hotel is close to all amenities and within walking distances to main shopping areas. The hotel staff were great and provided an excellent service. Special thanks to the waiters and restaurant staff for providing a exceptional service. The rooms were nice and clean and they sorted out any issues promptly. The hotel has a good view of the sea and has a fantastic open view from the balcony.
