Ulasan Relax Hotel Kenitra

I stayed another 1 night here . They put me up for the same payments issue things hold up for more then 1hrs in the reception. Which is already prepared and all. Its a pity none of them speak much of English. The best was my housekeeper. She kept room clean and all. Location is very good other then its just ok

房間乾淨，裏面有提供游泳池，停車位子不夠，可以停在對面的馬路邊。酒店有提供早餐，服務員比較熱情，整體還可以。

The structure looks good but more careful ordinary maintenance would be needed in general, I had a problem with the shower, unfortunately not resolved. The staff is sociable and attentive. cleaning is good, if you don't feel like going out, find an internal restaurant, few selections but good. Acceptable price.

Hotel was in a shopping center so had plenty of parking. Rooms were extremely nice. Staff was really great and spoke multiple languages. Youssra and the other women in the restaurant were very kind. Breakfast was free even though the ******* listing didn’t say it is free. Great food. Overall 10/10

As I walked in I was greeted by Yousra at the front desk . Very friendly good customer service definitely recommend this place .thank you

Great stay, our stay this time was an amazing experience, starting by Nehza at the front desk she was very helpful. The restaurant staff very nice...the director is amazing always greeting and very attractive to the hotel guests needs...in general all staff were very helpful.
