Very clean hotel and convenient for our one night stop while heading to TN. We arrived about 1115pm and realized it's connected to Home2 Suites which made parking a little challenging. Check in went smoothly and room was spacious....bed slept amazing! We had to get up early the next day and checked out at 730am...breakfast area looked to have the basics but we skipped it this time. Would not have an issue staying here again for future needs.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have no problems with the room or the facility itself - it was nice and well kept. That's the only positive I have. We stayed here 8/9-8/10. There were 8 vehicles broken into on Friday night in the parking lot. I was told the same thing happened the weekend before and is a regular occurrence at this location. The staff were apologetic but it seems like they're used to it. There are no security cameras in the parking lot and Hilton has done nothing to make it safer for their guests. They have a sign saying that you're responsible for your vehicle and not to leave anything in it and that's all they're willing to do. I was told that a general manager would be there and contacting me. That didn't happen. Find someplace else to stay

so today June 20 /2024 i was trying to check in because its my me and my wife anniversary and immediately got met with a young dude who was very rude and checking out my wife behind why don't you guys hire someone whos going to take there job seriously without all the damn rudeness and making my wife uncomfortably yall need to screen people and how they commutate to customers before you guys just give anyone the job

I checked in very late but the person at the front desk was there waiting on me. He was extremely nice and got me checked in super fast. Got up to the room and was impressed by the nice room and bathroom. The comfort level of the bed was nice not to bad. The breakfast was very nice and coffee is always a great thing! I will be coming back several more times in the next few months and can't wait to stay here.

Our room was very roomy, and we liked the new layout of it. The breakfast service was awesome… many choices. Employees were very friendly and helpful. we spilled something on the table and on the floor and the lady cleaning it up, was very friendly and thanked us for letting her know… was very helpful,.

Hotel won’t allow the tv input to be changed. This is by design and differs from the 5 other Hilton properties we stayed at this summer. This means your kid can’t play PlayStation or XBox while stuck in a hotel room for 7 nights, which really sucks. If the entire Atlanta metroplex hadn’t been booked up because of the 418 baseball teams in town, we would’ve gone elsewhere. Unnecessary.

The hotel had a baseball team there and couldn’t even get into the pool. Management didn’t do a good job at supervision because the kids were even in the weight room without supervision. The room kinda smelt like dogs and it was noisy. A little disappointed in my first time staying at a Tru hotel. No microwave in the room was disappointed too. The pool was closed until noon on Sunday Because of all the kids and it had to be cleaned.

A new contemporary hotel equipped with modern design, comfort and value. Provides excellent customer service by friendly and competent staff of all levels and at all times. Rooms are bright, clean, and well equipped. Bath towels are wonderfully nice and soft. Had a wonderful stay.

The design and decor in this hotel was laughable. It is worse than staying in a college dorm. It is designed for easy cleaning (so it was clean) and the desk staff was very nice. No coffee in the room and the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was not made. Breakfast was terrible.
