Hotel Pantai di Key West

This is a photogenic resort that doesn't quite live up to its projected image. There are basically four small pools, each surrounded by an outdoor ”room” made up of lovely subtropical plants. While this is quite nice, the resort has many, many guests, and you may have to pool hop a bit to find one that hasn't been taken over already. As well, the pools close at ”sunset” with no warning. My family was locked into the pool area by staff while there was still about an hour of daylight. Not only was the policy ridiculous--most hotel pools are open well into the night--but the arbitrary definition of sunset and the staff's decision to lock the gates and leave without a word to us was bizarre. We had a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment-style accommodation with a balcony. No real issues with this, but we thought (based on photos) that were booking a space with hardwood floors and received carpet. The furniture was basic rather than high-end, and it felt like the website exaggerated the quality of the rooms and furnishings to make it match the price. Another thing they don't tell you is that your balcony will be quite close to the next one, and you will consequently be able to hear your neighbors arguing, smell their cigarette smoke, etc. It's definitely not comfortable to use the balcony at the same time as a neighbor. We like the water views and the comfortable hammocks. As well, despite the drawbacks of this place, most rental rooms available in Key West are teensy-tiny single rooms barely bigger than a bed. It was nice to have sufficient space and multiple bathrooms, but I wasn't really into the ambience at this resort, especially after dealing with the staff's pool screw-up. Our stay did not feel relaxing after that experience. This place is located on the outskirts of Key West, by the way, but it is fairly close to a few convenient restaurant and shopping options. You can take a rental car into Key West and park for the day, then walk around.

Kami tinggal untuk berbulan madu dan menyukai segala-galanya mengenainya. Ia bersih, mereka sangat cepat membantu kami dan hanya menelefon untuk memeriksa sama ada kami memerlukan apa-apa. Suka restoran dan pantai persendirian!! Sangat mengesyorkan dan akan menempah lagi!

Perkhidmatannya hebat, kami mendapat semua butiran di meja bersama dengan kupon minuman percuma. Lokasinya sangat bagus, isteri saya menyukainya semasa menginap. Sarapan percuma semasa waktu Covid adalah satu lagi kebaikan semasa menginap. Biliknya sangat kemas.

My Husband and I had a perfect 3-night stay at Marriott Beachside Resort. With our points status, we ended up getting an amazing room upgrade and complimentary daily breakfast. The food and drinks were great. While the hotel is slightly older, the rooms and property are kept immaculately cleaned. The landscaping is nice and the pool was sparkling. All of the hotel staff were friendly and professional. The resort is a good 15 minute drive to the historic downtown area, so while there a few places you can walk to around the resort, you end up using the free shuttle and water taxi to get to most activities. I highly recommend the water taxi, it’s a great boat ride to one of the popular marinas and the captain was top-notch. The shuttle runs every hour from around 8am-11pm with 2 stops downtown and the water taxi runs 3 times during the day. We used the shuttle and water taxi for all of our transportation during our stay. The free shuttle from/to the airport was really nice as well. The daily resort fee of $42 seemed worth it for all of the transportation included. The champagne at arrival, free welcome drink at the pool bar and daily Starbucks were also included. The only other thing to note is the beach area is pretty small, but that seems on par for Key West. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel! The resort is relaxing and family-friendly.

Hotel com quartos confortáveis e limpos e instalações limpas e bom café. Tive um sério problema no ckeck in, pois minha reserva era para 5 pessoas, incluindo uma criança de 10 anos, e a atendente disse que os quartos para essa confirguração não estavam disponíveis e que a única solução seria alugar um novo quarto. Apesar de nao concordar Assim fiz para não gerar conflitos no passeio e pensando em resolver com a Trip posteriormente esta situação mas ao entrar no primeiro quarto percebi que poderia suportar minha família e retornei á recepção mas com outra atendente, pois já havia sido trocado o turno, solicitando o cancelamento do segundo quarto, o qual foi atendido pela atendente, que me informou que não haveria nenhuma cobrança extra e que o cancelamento havia sido realizado. Ao efetuar o check out, a mesma atendente que fez o ckeck in estava novamente a serviço e me cobrou novamente pelo segundo quarto dizendo que ele havia sido separado para mim e que obrigatoriamente eu teria que arcar com os custos. Somente após muita resistência e contestação minha esta atendente concordou que não havia débito pelo segundo quarto autorizou o check out. Vale informar também que não foi uma pessoa simpatica e gentil, porém até o momento este débito ainda está sendo cobrado no meu cartão de crédito e solicito o estorno desta cobrança.

Great pool & atmosphere. We love staying at this hotel

Kali ini kumpulan jabatan pergi ke Dujiangyan, dan kemudian memilih hotel Hampton by Hilton yang baru dibuka ini. Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Chengdu telah memandu selama lebih satu jam. Lokasinya di Bandar Dujiangyan. Ia berhampiran dengan beberapa tarikan yang mesti dilihat, seperti Nanqiao dan Taman Gunung Yulei. Terdapat juga banyak makanan berdekatan, restoran periuk panas, barbeku. Bilik itu tidak disangka-sangka selesa dan hangat. Kecekapan daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga baik, dan terdapat tiga pilihan sarapan pagi untuk dihantar ke bilik semasa yq, yang sangat intim. Nisbah harga / prestasi juga sangat tinggi. Saya akan tetap memilih tempat ini apabila saya membawa keluarga saya ke sana pada masa akan datang ~

環境不錯，服務熱情，設施很好適合度假休閑。早餐很好，品種比較多。房間雖然四人入住，但一點不擠，洗澡也很方便，熱水很充足，總之體驗不錯。

酒店位置很有品質，設施和環境都好。床品乾淨舒適，早晨典型的美式早餐，坐在外面慢慢享受很愜意。值得一去！
