We decided to go for this property instead of going for a known and reliable brand, thinking it would be more like a boutique experience and cosier. Overall it was really bad, to start with the day prior to our visit when we called to ask about the parking situation and I was greeted on the phone by someone who said 'I don't know, maybe we have 8 or 10 parking spots, come early'. We lately met this person in the house and we easily spotted who was it by his unwillingness to help or to compose a proper sentence. The room condition was really tatty. No hangers for the towels outside the shower, the toilet door didn't close properly, and the shower didn't get warm. No bedside table or reading lights. The price we paid, which again was more expensive than other properties, makes Eden House a really poor option. Not to mention that it was extremely noisy, you could hear guests walking above and going up and down the stairs. No proper blackout and excessive light coming from the pool area. Also, the pool itself was closed, and when asked why the receptionist said: 'I don't know why or when it will open'. I will leave you with that.
