We stayed in Villa 1, the older building of this hotel. Good balcony with great view to the river, big room with enogh space. The breakfast was at the new Villa 2 which is about three minutes walking distance. Good, varied breakfast. There's also the pool which is very clean and can be used. Perfect place to enjoy sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would be our choice for another time.

I had a truly great stay at BABA Guesthouse. The owner is very friendly and the check-in process went smoothly. I had asked for a room on the first floor and was assigned such room accordingly. From the balcony I enjoyed a beautiful view on the Mekong. The room itself has enough space, a well working (and pretty silent) air conditioning and a fridge to keep drinks cold. The bed offers a mosquito net which I really appreciated. For me personally the mattress was a bit too hard but this depends on individual preferences. The bathroom, as with apperently many of the better places on the island, is rather basic (e.g. one room with shower, sink, toilet – no dividers) but everything worked well. Despite its central location, the place is quiet and I slept well. I can hence fully recommend BABA Guesthouse and, having had a look at other places, I consider it as one of the best options on the island. Highly recommended!

Fijn hotel! 3 nachten verbleven. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer die vol mieren bleek te zitten. Toen we dit aangaven kregen we meteen een nieuwe kamer. Hotel lopend te bereiken van de pier en tussen de leukste restaurantjes gelegen. Meer dan genoeg ruimte in de kamer en een fijn bed en douche. We hebben ook heel goedkoop fietsen bij het hotel kunnen huren.
