The accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, and it has Netflix with a very large TV. The air conditioning is super cold, so I slept really well! I love it so much. The food is also delicious. I will definitely come back again.

This hotel is right next to Central Plaza, which is super convenient. It's also close to Srinagarind Hospital and Khon Kaen University. They offer breakfast, and the TV is pretty big. You should definitely check it out!

Excellent, really good! The location is superb, very close to Central and within walking distance. I love it! The price is cheap and it even includes breakfast, which is really great. I loved it so much! Plus, there's parking available.

The room size is decent, and there are plenty of power outlets. It's close to Central Khon Kaen Campus. They don't provide toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own. The towel was a small hand towel, not a full-sized bath towel.

Personally, I think this price for this kind of room is really good value for money. However, if you're particular about old rooms and old furniture, you might not like it. But for me, it wasn't an issue because the price was super cheap. It has air conditioning, food is available, and there's an extra fan. There's a water heater, but no fridge. The bathroom clearly separates the dry and wet zones. My only complaint is that mosquitoes somehow get into the room, and I'm not sure how.

The room was small with old furniture, and overall, it wasn't clean. The AC wasn't cooling (no wonder there was a fan provided). The room and bathroom smelled musty. There was construction outside, with wastewater flowing everywhere, and the smell permeated the room, making it hard to breathe. Workers were constantly bustling around, and traffic was heavy, making parking difficult. In summary, it was nowhere near what was advertised; I was very unimpressed and it wasn't worth the 500+ baht. The room condition felt like something you'd get for 200-300 baht. Very disappointed, once was more than enough. 😔

The laab (spicy minced meat salad) was delicious, especially with rice. They also had congee, fruit, salad, and bread. The hotel is located right behind Central Khon Kaen Campus. It was still under construction when I visited, but now that it's finished, it must be super convenient. I'm worried the prices will go up, haha! If I go back, I'd definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was nice, but the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, even after changing the remote's batteries. The hotel smelled quite strongly of paint on the day I was there. It would probably be better once the paint dries. Overall, it was okay.

Very close to Central Khon Kaen! You can park at the hotel and walk there, no need to drive around looking for parking at the mall. The hotel might be a bit old, but at this price, it's totally worth it, and includes breakfast too. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Khon Kaen.

Got a room for 500 a night, which is okay, but it didn't quite match the pictures. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not as spotless as it looked in the photos.
