This hotel was the best we had ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious with all top quality furnishings, bright & clean. Breakfast, there is everything you could possibly want to eat, the bread is freshly cooked, superb omelettes, salads,meat,sushi the list goes on. Staff extremely nice & so helpful, always smiling & greeting you with Sawadee khrap 🙏, we found this also outside the hotel, never met such kind people. The pools are spotless & plenty to choose from, beach lovely with plenty of sun bed’s & shade. Happy hour 3 times a day, amazing cocktails Mia Tia was my favourite 🍹 The town is only a short stroll, there are plenty of shop’s, restaurants , beauty/ massage & Taylor’s. I had a dress made at Milanio, 2nd taylor as you walk from the hotel. It is beautifully made & the fit is perfect, I’d highly recommend a visit. Taxis can be booked at the hotel but we walked up the street & got in an open truck & went to White Sands Beach, well worth a trip. It is much cheaper to book your trips outside the hotel & there is a massive choice of places to visit. We did James Bond a brilliant day out. All in all the hotel is outstanding, lovely people, perfect setting & we can’t wait to return.

Wow! This hotel is lovely. We have just stayed for 3 nights in an Oasis delux room. To put this into context, it’s the cheapest style room. It was huge, beautifully decorated, impeccably neat with a perfect balcony. The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillows were amazingly comfy. All the amenities you could need were there. Large bathroom, freestanding bathtub and seperate shower. I like to have a long mirror and good lighting to get ready and a good hairdryer……this room had it all. Modern touches like good aircon, USB sockets, nice bathrobes and a tv with English movies were really good to have. Onto the hotel itself. It’s welcoming, peaceful and a great place to relax. The pool is lovely. Loungers available at all times and we were here high season. The loungers on the beach were taken most days but there wasn’t much shade there so it’s was ok for us. The beach is nice and wide outside the Ramada. This is good because further up towards Chong Fa hotel the beach becomes non-existent when the tide comes in. The Pool bar was ok with a nice swim up area. There was a cocktail happy hour and a beer deal. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was nice. There’s a bar called fat shark opposite the hotel which is great and best of all you can’t hear any noise from it inside your room. The soundproofing in the rooms is really good. Breakfast is superb. So much choice Thai and western plus egg station and smoothie station. The loveliest thing about this place though is the staff. They are a credit to Ramada. Always cheerful. Always smiling. Everyone says hello and nothing is any trouble. Duty Manager Aom is fabulous. It’s in a fab location about a 3 minute walk up the road and you’re in centre of Bang Niang.

Beautiful place and calm. The employee have service mind .I enjoyed with all of activity cycling ,tabletennis, swimming etc And your breakfast had variety of food. Next time I will back again when I have time.

카오락의 에바손 느낌.. 딱 거기까지 체크인해서 객실 룸키 받았는데 하우스 키핑 방정리가 안 끝나서 방에 못 들어가서 밖에서 기다리게 함. 뒤늦게 들어간 방 욕실에 여자 머리카락 여기저기 청소는 한건가 의구심이 듬. 조식은 so so 누들 스테이션이 있는데 쌀국수를 말아주는 직원이 있어야 먹지 사람이 없어서 그냥 포기 12시체크아웃인데 11시30분에 객실로 전화해서 버기카 보내줄까? 체크아웃 빨리 해 달라는 느낌 지울수 없음. 전체적으로는 평타인거 같은데 5성은 아니라고 봄

Our stay at Robinson the was great. It was the end of our trip with two sets of parents, and the perfect place to wind down and relax on a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent and made us feel immediately welcomed. The biggest positives in our view: Staff, cleanliness, immaculate grounds, breakfast, gym/basketball/sports courts, and the great beach. What could be improved upon: the a la carte menu at the Bamboo bar was lacking in Thai options, as well as general quality. We ordered 7 dishes, and only the samosas and fish and chips were of decent quality compared to other food on our trip. This was in stark contrast to their breakfast and dinner buffets, which were both pretty good. Neutral: The location. While the resort has everything you'd need, they are fairly out of the way of everything. This offers a more private and quiet feel, but also means options are lacking, such as finding good Thai food or doing any light shopping or stocking up on drinking water at a sane price. - If you walk south on the beach (through a fun rocky area when tide isn't too high), you'll find some good restaurants, such as Thai Beach restaurant. Their food was among the best we'd had on our trip. The massaman curry was fantastic. Overall: Lovely stay, and would come back again for a few days!

We spent 10 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! An utterly beautiful hotel with clean rooms and facilities and the kindest, most helpful staff I've ever come across in a hotel. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with direct access to the 2.4km pool - this was a great feature and it felt like we had a bit of private pool whilst being able to swim all the way to the main pool. The pool also adds to the feeling that you're in a village community rather than a commercial hotel, as we made friends with our ”neighbours” and would see them from time to time when we were out swimming. The hotel's beach is clean and stunning, the sun beds are thickly padded and comfortable, and we made use of the bodyboarding and kayaking equipment on our stay. The restaurants at the hotel were incredible! The main ones are Ta-Krai (Thai), Sakura (Japanese), and Olive (Italian). Before arriving I was a bit sceptical at how authentic the restaurants would be but the hotel has ensured they've brought in the best chefs who could bring authentic cuisine to Khao Lak. The sushi at Sakura was probably the freshest and tastiest I've ever had (albeit, I've not been to Japan yet, but it's still better than all the London sushi places where we live and even better than Nobu). We loved Olive restaurant too, in particular their Sunset BBQ evening where you're spoilt for choice on meats, seafood, sides, salads, and a full-on Italian cheese and ham bar with really delicious, authentic selections. Chef Enzo there was dishing out cheeses to us and making recommendations what to pair each cheese with and was so helpful (and the cheeses were incredible). We opted for the Breakfast and Dinner package and we're really glad we did as we loved going back to those restaurants over the 10 days. For lunch we'd eat at the hotel cafes, or out at excursions, or at local restaurants adjacent to the hotel, such as Phen's (delicious!). We also bought a spa package at Quan Spa in the hotel and booked in lots of treatments throughout our stay. The spa is beautiful and the massage therapists were excellent; it's a bit pricier than outside the hotel but the spa environment is worth it for that luxe feeling (and still cheaper than in the UK!). Overall, I don't think we found and faults with our stay at JWM and we will definitely come back in the future, perhaps for our anniversaries! And we would highly recommend it to all our family and friends!

This is our 3rd time stay at La Flora, This time we stayed here for 3 nights from 17-20 May 2023, Everything excellence as always, the room was spacious and comfortable with high quality cleaning. The breakfast here was so good with many choices and also testy, the staff very attentive and provided excellent service especially ladies who clear up our table. Special thank to front team and appreciated with very kind for upgrading our room, and surprise birthday cake with beautiful bed decoration which made our stay very very special. Over all very impressive, Look forward to staying for the 4th and next, next, next time!!!

Nous avons séjourné pour la 2ème fois dans ce resort qui est un véritable paradis pour les enfants. Nous avions nos 2 pts enfants (8 et 10 ans) avec nous et à leur arrivée dans la chambre ils ont trouvé celle-ci très ”classe” (il y avait un toboggan pour descendre du lit superposé en haut). C'est un resort tout à fait adapté pour les familles avec des enfants, beaucoup de jeux aquatiques, des piscines leur sont réservées. Nous avions une gde chambre pour nous 4 avec une cloison coulissante pour avoir un peu d'intimité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et chacun trouve de quoi se régaler aussi bien en nourriture asiatique qu'internationale. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 mn à pied de la rue très commerçante avec beaucoup de restaurants. Nous avions réservé une navette privée pour les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport de Phuket, tout s'est très bien passé. A la fin de la semaine, nos petits enfants nous ont demandé pourquoi nous ne restions pas une 2ème semaine, c'est dire s'ils ont aimé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir une 3ème fois .

Хороший отель, хороший завтрак мы были в октябре 2022 года завтрак был лучший из всех отелей. Хотя другие были дороже в 2 раза и даже больше. он начал потихоньку оживать думаю позже будет хорошо.

We stayed here over a holiday weekend at the beginning of low season so the place was at maybe 35% capacity. The hotel is ideally located in an area renowned for surfing. The hotel provides board rentals and lessons at reasonable cost. We booked at the cheapest available rate and got a room at the back of the complex, which is a cluster of spartan -looking apartment blocks. The rooms were ok - there is a small sofa and a balcony with wood table and a pair of chairs. There's a window that looks out of the bathroom into the main room. The pool is nice, big and clean but needs some cosmetic maintenance. The staff are friendly enough and the beach restaurant is quite good. The beach is long with lots of sandy shallows and there is a beautiful cape a couple kilometers walk up the beach. I live in Phuket but somehow the sunsets are more stunning here. On the downside, the breakfast buffet was unremarkable, and the coffee was tasteless. We skipped it on the second morning. We spent a lot of time walking from our room through other room blocks due to its location, so if I were to stay here again (I probably would because of the location) I would book a room much closer to the beach - and bring my own coffeemaker. Due to it's layout and capacity I don't think I'd want to stay there during high season but in low season it was fairly quiet and quite nice.
